Prompt service and delivery. Competitive pricing and great product quality.

From Lynn helping me order my stuff on the phone, as I don't like computers, and helping me change the order the next day. Everything was fully explained and delivered. Though I haven't unwrapped the worktops yet I have faith they'll be perfect.

Great product and prompt delivery

Well organised delivery and helpful delivery driver.

A very good service and the work tops were a good quality thank you.

Worktop was a fair price, for natural solid wood. Delivery was swift and reliable, and delivery team respectful. Worktop cut and looking wonderful, with top coat on.

Great that you can select a delivery day to suit, communication from start to finish on a delivery timescale chosen with a pre arrival phone call from the driver 20 minutes prior, they also included a text message the night before making you aware of your arrival with clear instructions for delivery
Friendly staff
Highly recommend

Worst experience! Spent £750 with this company on solid oak worktops, the 2m is a different shade to the 2x 3ms, the 3ms both arrived damaged.

I have the joiner booked tomorrow and all they can offer is a replacement or 10% discount, don’t care about how much money I’m going to lose due to their incompetence.

EDIT: They’ve left a comment saying I refused a replacement, I haven’t. I’ve refused to be out of pocket from them - avoid this company, when something goes wrong they are just simply rude and unprofessional.

Worktop Express are a first-class company to deal with. The support given over the phone was friendly and well-informed. The order process was simple and straight-forward and the delivery was extremely fast with the worktops arriving exactly within the 2-hour window given. I was even able to track the progress of the vehicle, on its way to me.
I would thoroughly recommend Worktop Express to anyone.

Speedy delivery.
Worktop was wrapped well, a boon as it had to stay outside for a day in Welsh weather. Worktop (marble effect) has a textured feel to it, rather than being shiny/slippy. Not a silly price.

Excellent customer service and great quality products.

Absolutely fantastic service, brilliant communication, without doubt the best online company I’ve ever dealt with, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again

Very simple to order and very quick delivery great product and excellent service would highly recommend

Great service from ordering to the lovely delivery drivers

Very good delivery service.

I was kept up to date regarding the delivery, they came earlier than expected the worktop was carried into the garage without issue.
