Able to order free samples, arrived promptly

Excellent price and fantastic service. Special mention to the delivery service, I was kept informed and could choose my delivery day. Driver was friendly, efficient and all round excellent. Really impressed with this company and would definitely recommend to others.

I ordered some worktop samples and was glad to receive them, as they were essential in helping me choose the right color and texture. You do need to be patient, though—it took nearly 10 days for the samples to arrive.

Slick website which I'd love to order from but the product pages lack detail to help me design the kitchen. The base unit blind corner doesn't give dimensions for the corner moulding and no design software is offered to ensure it will fit in the kitchen floor space I have. I called the number for "Expert Advice" and didn't really get much help. Product pages should have detailed dimensions of all parts and a kitchen designer would be super useful.

Have asked for a sample of worktop twice, no response, no sample and yet they were the ones that said email the request in. Would not even contemplate using them now.

Advertise delivery as 72 hours , recieved 20 days later .
I really dislike firms that take orders and payment for stock they don't have .
Reply states this is a pattern by me complaining about stuff , love to know where they get there info as these are the only company i have written a bad review for , yet again they try to cover their poor service . and the only reason ebay would not refund the extra £40 charged was because it was paid direct to them via card ..
They got a bloody cheek to blame others when they caused the problems .....

We had not dealt with this company before , After placing the order they gave us the date for delivery
which came when they said it would . The driver was so helpful and the companys webb site is excellent

Can't fault them! I had excellent service and a great deal on the worktops. They were out of stock when I went to order, but a big shout out to Harry who kept me informed of the next delivery date and sorted it out for me when they were in. Not having to chase anyone was great. Even the delivery company they use, IDS Nuneaton, were great, the driver was polite and helpful.

Damaged worktops, the damage was under the protective cellophane so impossible to see before fitting, company wasn't interested told me should have checked on delivery.

Never bought anything like this before and the guys on the phone we're so patient, friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the product and the delivery.
The delivery was arranged when I requested as I was given the choice from several days. The delivery man was very nice, very careful with the worktop and even helped me get one of the worktops into the back garden as it wouldn't fit in via the front door.
This company are marvelous. I highly recommend them.
