Subscription of YuppTV is useless for Telugu channels. Only ETV they supported earlier now they stopped that also . Better get individual OTT with less price

Have had their service for so many years. Recently (for the past couple of years) their service is going down the drain. They kept removing channels, they don't have dedicated customer service phone number, nobody responds to tickets quickly and so on.
My mom watches ETV serials religiously and for the past 11 days or so, ETV is not coming. Complained and complained but no update or good response when this is going to be resolved.
I am very sad to see YuppTV dying slowly like this

I am Yupp TV customer for over 12 years . I am totally annoyed and extremely frustrated with current YuppTV support. They removed all channels except ETV. Now even that does not come up in our TVs now. I wanted to cancel this service and I can’t do it. They no longer have phone support. WhatsApp.chat is horrible and no one responds on it. My mom uses this for ETV and it is not coming for 10 days . I reported my issues 10 days ago and no one responded till date . This is not expected treatment

Channels not working even after registering complaint.

Now they are asking to pay more again for ETV channels

I have tried to contact Yupptv many times my issue is still not resolved, they have taken my subscriptions but many channels not working, Sun Nxt i paid extra, still it is not working, they said they will contact me till now it is a waste of money for me, it is not working, Also Zee tamil, they said it will work, but till now it is not resolved. There service has come down to ZERO, customer service is horrible, they dont care. It is such a waste, i will not be renewing, hoping to find better way to get the indian channels.
They should really improve on their customer service.

I purchased 1 year Yupp Tv subscription however found out it’s doesn’t work on Samsung QLED smart TV,I called tech support they try to troubleshoot everything but still nothing worked.
I purchased Yupp Tv subscription as my mother came to visit me in Australia for a month & she enjoys watching Indian channels but till now it’s not working,she is flying back next week so this whole purchase is of no use & waste or money.
Won’t recommend this as poor unreliable product.

I am with Yupptv last 6years they customer service is bad last 3 days Yupptv is not working when I call it’s going on the voice message but voice message is full. I don’t have any contact details. I already paid for one year I don’t know what to do. I need the contact number to contact with Yupptv 😡😡

Worst customer service. They took off all popular channels and they simply saying we are still working on it regardless of how many time you call them. Please don’t ever think about Yupp Tv as an option.

When i try to add yupptv to my google chromecast 4k it asks for 42,99 EUROS activation cost. Are you insane? I can't even watch in another room in my house? What is this 1990?

My Yupp tv disrupts last six days called several times. Advise me to go on live chat. Live chat is fully disgusting can’t type anything

Yupp tv offered me a subscription with Zee tv and only lasted few months and was cancelled… as compensation I was offered £5… I was charged more then that and in return to get £5.. what kind of a joke is this?? Asked to speak to a manager and until this date it never happened… such a great customer service we get from this company..,

If only zero stars was an option! Total rip off company that breaks all the fair trading acts, and consumer guarantees acts in New Zealand. Signed up thinking it was going to have loads of good viewing options, only to find it is hard to navigate, nothing is relevant or watch worthy. No wonder they do not offer monthly, or six monthly subscriptions as they know you will not be a repeat customer so would rather take your money, and then tell you sorry no refunds. DO NOT subscribe to this crowd! Save your money and go elsewhere. The reviews speak for themselves!

Fraud, charges unneeded subscriptions, and need to call them to cancel.

seit paar Woche habe yupp tv abonnieret. Das ist nicht dass was yupptv für intertiement verspricht.4 fünf kanäle und rest frei imfangbare Sendungen die nur Nachrichten haben. Und dass für 150 Euro.

Worst Service.
I paid for subscription but the channel ask me to subscribe again when I try to access it.

I try to call the customer care number of europe 33-182-886-238 and that never rings.

No option in the app to cancel the subscription.

They can not store card details without the visibility access for the users.

Avoid at any cost, very poor service. No easy way of cancelling and they keep ripping you off monthly for subscription for the service that doesn’t exist.
2 months of chasing, still unable to cancel.

Total scam!! No option to cancel the service from the Account page. Need to call their team or raise a request to cancel. Are we in 2023? The web app doesn't even work. Had to install the mobile app for the app to work. Pathetic product and customer service.
