I have subscribed to Zee Tv while the Tamil programmes like the Jodi dance and Supersinger are superb but it is hard to communicate with them. The final of Tamil Jodi dance could not be seen on in my TV anc this happened last year and again this year which is very disappointing,

Lying scoundrel app. Don't waste your time. Pretend (lie) that they have e a certain movie and send you to some obscure Indian or SRA ic sites

Subscribed on 21st Feb as annual member and paid in full - it was auto renewal. Today it is 24th Mar and still premium content can't be watched on Zee5 app. There have been hundreds of communication and there is a standard response - provide video with error or we have escalated your issue but nothing beyond this even though I am following up diligently almost every day. Not ready to refund although requested within 14 days as per UK Consumer Rights. Neither they are providing services nor returning money. Please stay away if you don't want to be harassed.

Zee5 will charge 1 yr subscription and then suddenly stop the connection. Customers care is least bothered to solve or reply. Half of the email id s are wrong. Taking money and not providing service is against the law. Must be taken care of by some competent Government authority else this will continue. Worst service provider. Never faced such issues with any other channel.

Its the worst site for movies and serials. It will charge money and then wont allow you to access the site. They will intentionally sent your wrong OTP so that you cannot login. Beware of this.

Annual subscription not working since I bought it last year. Had sent emails to support teams but no response.

I’ve had issues in streaming anything that has been uploaded since January 2024, on my TV. I’ve reached out to customer support and they appear to ignore your responses. It’s been nearly 2 months no resolution and when you reach out they ask for the same information. Ridiculous service, no customer service. I would not recommend this platform.

Where do I even begin with the Zee TV app? It's a complete mess from start to finish. I was excited to catch up on some of my favourite shows, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration.

I signed up for zee 5 app 2 years ago. Paid for annual subscription but only used for a month. Lost the account details and never went back to watching anything. Im still getting charged. Ice written to their support email every week, but no one is responding. Who runs this business? How are they even in business? Such crap service. Dear Lord!!

I bought subscription due to 80% discount for Black Friday, but they charged my card full amount. As reported to their unprofessional support. He is asking to create new account and apply the promotion again, then we will refund your previous account. Nonsense

they are cheating people in UK. if you will subscribe you will not be able to unsubscribe it ever. It will always show something is wrong.

Zee5 has a bunch of really clever con men, who are customer service people, who asks us,the customers, if there is a problem,any problem, to send a screenshot, to the concerned team,and then,try some trouble shooting steps,which work for a little while, but content quality,along with audio quality never get fixed and these clever reps try to give us excuse after excuse, if need be watch this app, with caution.Amit K. Totally worse management! The website is always down!!!!

Please do not subscribe with zee5. They steal money. I subscribed with them 2 months ago for $7.99 a month. But they charge $9.99 twice every month. I complained several times through emails, but no help. I tried to unsubscribe from their website, but it says " oops! Something went wrong." There is a phone number which is never in use. I just spoke with my credit card company to block this merchant from their end. Hopefully it will work. So I would request you to save yourself from this hacker.

A streaming platform which is cheating people! Their software gas bugs and public suffer!!
They support USA but reduced hours and each answer needs 24-48 hrs. They gave no supervisors or managers and the staff from India who just don’t care!!
Find another way to enjoy Indian tv series and films. I am generous giving them 1 star.
