First 2 Months experience for local football club
Out football club has now been using the the Xbotgo Falcon for 2 months and now and has been fantastic. From an easy setup and super clear picture with no subscription fee. XbotGo Chameleon
We bought the XbotGo Chameleon almost a year ago for our U15 soccer team with the 13ft stand and umbrella cover. It has been working out great. It does quite well recording all our games and we are very happy with it. Recently we had a mishap with our camera blowing over in a strong wind and nothing was damaged except for one small piece that connected the umbrella to the stand. Customer service was great and able to help me resolve the issue. I definitely recommend the XbotGo Chameleon!

I preordered the XbotGo Falcon and…
I preordered the XbotGo Falcon and waited a couple of months to receive it. After using it only a few times, the quick-release plate broke. I contacted XbotGo Support right away, and they kindly sent me a replacement plate. However, it took almost another month to arrive.
I would give them 5 stars if the support process had been faster, because I really love how the camera works and performs overall.

Excellent products and wonderful customer service
I am extremely pleased with the XbotGo products. I own both the Chameleon and the Falcon, and I love both. The products are high quality and easy to use.
I did have a minor issue with a missing piece for the Falcon (this was my fault), but the customer service experience was outstanding. Their team responded quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. It was handled in a way that genuinely made me feel valued as a repeat customer.
It’s rare these days to find a company that combines excellent products with equally excellent customer support, but XbotGo absolutely does. Highly recommend both the products and the company behind them.

Love my xbot falcon! My child has continued to grow and develop their skills by watching all their games from the Xbot. Easy to use, excellent quality, and the live option is great for friends and family to watch as well! Customer service is only one call away, fast and prompt they were able to resolve my issue.

DO NOT BUY. we purchased the falcon based on so many advertisements offering the ability for this camera to lock-in on our players and track them specifically during their multitude of different sports. all the ads, all the videos they share showed this device doing exactly that. literally, the reason why we purchased this brand instead of the competitors. but guess what - there is absolutely ZERO player specific tracking capabilities for this device!! i’ve contacted support, and they offer none. no advice. no support. no real answers. “everything is in beta testing” - then why advertise things that are specifically not offered?? if i had the option to make this decision again, i would go with the TRACE camera, that actually does what it advertises.

Xbotgo is great I have all versions of it and I can’t get enough of it. Quality, very easy to use and I bring it to all my my kids sports game and I use it to record all the games for coaching and memory. Love it.

Remote Control Hardware issues corrected
I began having issues with the remote that controls my XbotGo. I submitted a support ticket and support worked with me to understand and diagnose the issue. They determined there was a hardware issue and are sending me a replacement to correct the problem.

Looses track of the ball
Looses track often, especially if there any activities going on in the background. it doesnt track the ball well. I use it for basketball, and if a couple of players take off in transition, it follows them rather than watching where the ball is.
The supplied tripod ($100) is too small (although it is as detailed in the advertising i just didnt read it thoroughly). The company refunded my money for that.

The Xbox Go Chamelion For Girls Youth Lacrosse …
The Xbox Go Chamelion has been working great for Lacrosse! One small problem I had was one changing the battery in the remote, the tab fell out. I reached out to them on a Sunday of all days and they were very helpful and quick to get me set up with a replacement! The customer service was exceptional!
