Yourdress 

Bought a dress from them, upon arrival it was way too small, wanky (right side longer than the left one) and lots of defects on the material. Been asking for full refund for the past 2 weeks and all I get is emails from Cindy. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM, awful company, we should all complaint to HKG customs, they need to stop this company, I am definitely going to. The more people complaint to customs the more chance we have something will be done about this awful complany,can't share their email address but just find it on Google type Hong Kong customs email address.

Clothes were poor quality, too big, took too long to arrive and could not be returned. i filled in the return form twice and got no response. Do not waste your money

Absolutely awful customer service. Dress doesn't fit - body is too short, hips therefore sit in a completely wrong place. Not made to measure. Impossible to return dress..this is one of the 20 odd email responses I have had so far.

I bought three custom made bridesmaids dresses for £245 (and £15 shipping on top!)
When they arrived they had been shoved into the smallest plastic bag possible. When I unwrapped them they had an unbearable smell of fish that has not gone even after a month of having them in my possession!
They were completely inappropriate, having been made poorly and not fitting correctly or hanging in the way shown on the picture.
One of the dresses was a completely different size to what I had ordered and when I contacted the company, they actually tried to argue against me, patronising me stating that it was very hard for them to get it wrong, that I should just simple pay to get them altered and that the smell would just disappear after a while...
I’ve had an email thread over a whole month and no return address has been supplied!
They offered me (after apparently speaking to the manager) £30 compensation or 15% off my next order!!! So they’ve openly admitted that three dresses I paid £245 for cost them a mere £30!! They are an utterly scummy, untruthful and disgusting company that need closing down!! The more people review them for what they really are the better chance we have of getting some sort of money back from authorities!

My sister ordered her bridesmaid dresses from this site (custom size) and when they arrived the fabric and stitching was very poor quality and smelled of fish, the colours were incorrect and more than anything the fit on all three dresses was completely wrong.
She has had a nightmare communicating with them and they have been rude and unhelpful every step of the way. They will completely waste your time suggesting you get the dresses altered at your own expense, try to guilt trip you into feeling responsible for them as they are custom made, and refusing to co-operate with returns.
I am so angry. Citizens Advice can't help. If anyone has been scammed by this company and managed to get their money back please can you share how to go about it.

Yes we got conned as well. Got a dress sent through within a week. No labels or sizes but would be size 6 at the biggest. We ordered a size 14. Filled in the return form no response. Slick website should have done a bit more digging before ordering.

I Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding it wasnt what was described or shown on website. I filled in online returns form as there wasn't anything in the package when it arrived, I got no response. I then emailed the company who advised me to sell or donate, unbelievable telling me it was made to order, and they would lose money.
How? When they could resell ?
PLEASE read their terms and conditions.
DO NOT believe their refund policy
12 emails later and I am still trying to get a return address and a complaints procedure.

I ordered a dress for my forthcoming wedding, received it a few weeks later and although similar to the photo, it definitely was not knee length as described. I’ve worn longer mini skirts! The fabric is of inferior quality and it’s clearly some kind of copy from a better version.
I got in touch with them immediately and asked for return instructions for a refund and they are so evasive, after several weeks and about thirty emails later I’m still waiting for a result. My bank are now involved and investigating them. They tried to charge me £60 to return the thing! Shocking.
Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I’d have looked on here before I purchased this awful dress from them.

Selected 6 dresses for my bridesmaids to try on and was emailed to say that I must pick only one style because they are made to order. Understanding that this is the way they choose to transact and unable to pick a style without trying them on, I then cancelled the order immediately. They further to tried to coerce me to pick a style by making me feel guilty about the loss of the order. I insisted that I could not pick and confirmed that I needed to cancel and wanted a full refund at £530. Unhappy with this response, they then told me that they would only refund 90% of the order - charging me £53 for no product or service, claiming it is a handling fee. No mention of a handling fee on the website. Several emails later, they are now trying to charge 5% of the order.

When checked your web site, I was overwhelmed but by ordering the dress, i received so disappointed that dress does not like the same, poor material and the way was made, very bad,

I was nervous ordering my dress after reading soome of the reviews but it arrived yesterday and im over the moon!! Its fully lined, integral bra fitted, the lace is stunning. I will be having the length altered as i ordered a generic size 10 but for £166+p&p i couldntbe happier, thank you so much :)

This website is masquerading as a UK company, which it clearly is not. I ordered an outfit for my wife which cost £113.99. It eventually arrived crammed into a small plastic bag. It was poorly made and had an unpleasant smell. I filled in a return form (twice) but have not been provided with a return address and probably never will. Avoid like the plague!

I cannot begin to explain how terrible this company is. I ordered a dress for £100, they've since admitted to me it cost them £12.50 to make. It looks nothing like the photo online; they've merely used stock imagery and then cheaply and poorly reproduced the dress. The dress then arrived 4 sizes too small, with a stain on it. They are refusing to give me a return address so I can return it, won't give me a refund and are asking me to accept a £25 refund, claiming they are looking out for me because the "shipping costs will be so high", and the "dress is useless" to them - they do not care that it is beyond useless to me.

DO NOT order from this company, I have had to contact citizens advice for advice in this matter, and so far the company has ignored my letter and are avoiding all my requests for a return address by email.

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with, do not use them for anything. If I could give them a minus rating, it would be minus 5.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING OUT OF HONG KONG SELLING POORLY MADE DRESSES AND CLAIMING TO BE OPERATING OUT OF LONDON.

THERE 'POLICIES' ARE ALL FALSE AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR RETURNS DUE TO THEM OPERATING IN HONG KONG. THEY ARE SCUM BAGS AND TOTAL LIARS AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Received my dress in 16 days! I'm really happy with the dress. I have to do some adjustment to the hips but normal for a dress bought online without trying it.
Had some email exchange with the customer service, very reactive.

Not quite sure why they have had such bad reviews. I brought 7 bridesmaid dresses, each was made on order. I was actually in tears when I seen how beautiful they have been made. I'm so happy and can't thank them enough for their wonderful customer service. Every question I had was answered within 1 day.

Please please I can’t emphasise enough the bad treatment of this company -a dress ordered on express delivery on 20th June and received 22nd July! An alternative was bought and please please please I need others to be aware they REFUSE to supply a postal address for a return. I have never ever ever known a company to refuse a postal address for returns and this needs to be exposed and make other people aware of what is going on. Over £253 paid and they are refusing after 3 times asking to supply a return address -indeed don’t you think this is highly unusual for a company? Why are they reluctant to supply a postal address? Please I don’t want others to be in this nightmare situation that we are in after placing an order for my daughters wedding dress. No postal address being supplied if you want to return an item -very very very strange and please please take this into consideration if you order from this company!
