Please ignore the five star reviews you see for the dresses on thei site. They are not accurate and clearly only show the positive reviews. I had a dress made which I have had to spend a lot of money on to get fixed. They would not refund the dress and said they would compensate me 10 per cent. Basically the material was supposed to have a sheer affect on the front and you can see the two white cups underneath the bodice, which look utterly ridiculous. They maintained in the emails that the pictures I sent over reflect those online, which is not remotely true.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and paid over100 pound and it bore no resemblance to the dress
advertised . The material was shoddy and didntt even fit. I asked refund policy to send dress back but got lots emails asking stupid questions bout my size pictures basically ignoring fact I wanted send back .

Had really good communication before placing my order so was confident it would be ok. 2 dresses were the wrong colour to the dresses pictured on the website, the answer I got was it was due to the photography and the light in the photos, so I have blue not grey.. the refuse to exchange but would offer me a good price for them to make new ones!! Now I can’t get a response on email.

Omg don’t use this site I ordered 3 dresses and after ordering decided on 1.website has beautiful mother of the bride outfits. Even though paid 3 they emailed and said they were made to order so I just ordered the1 In a size 14 and they said they would refund my money. The outfit came 2 sizes too small with no paperwork and all creased up. I went online and completed a returns form. Had no reply. After many many emails they have still not refunded my money and they owe me £338.97. Your dress.co.uk IS NOT A UK site your money is taken by a Hong Kong Bank DO NOT USE

I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses they were delivered quicker than expected, are very well made and are exactly the same as the picture. I ordered them in 4 different colours and the colours are beautiful. I will be definitely ordering my flower girl dress from here. Sara was more than helpful throughout the process especially when we weren't sure if we were postponing our wedding or not. Highly recommend, I love the dresses.

The company is a scam!! I ordered a wedding dress and received a hair straightener! There is no phone number to contact and customer service is non existing!

I am not a regular on line customer and was therefore really pleasantly surprised by this site - was looking for a dress to wear for a family wedding later in the year. The choices of design are breath taking, then joy of joys so easy to navigate the sizes and colour options all really customer friendly so the order was placed. When i sent an email asking for an approx lead time - during these times they came straight back to me to confirm my order was on its way so very re assuring - when it duly arrived everything was perfect the fit the colour the Quality better than expected - i am thrilled at the complete experience and have already recommended it to friends and will go back for more!
