I have done several Intralipid treatment sessions with Zen Healthcare Baker Street and have been extremely pleased with the care and support I received throughout the process.

A special thank you to Cristina, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has been incredibly helpful in arranging appointments, administering the IV treatments professionally, and even offering a discount for multiple treatment sessions, which was greatly appreciated.

What really stood out was her proactive communication and personal support. Cristina regularly kept in touch with me via WhatsApp, promptly answering questions and ensuring everything was organised smoothly. During the early stages of my pregnancy, her kindness, responsiveness, and reassurance provided much-needed support and peace of mind.

I am very grateful for the excellent service and compassionate care I received from both Cristina and the team at Zen Healthcare Baker Street. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering Intralipid treatment.

Christina is by far the best esthetician I've been to. What makes her special? Her care and her understanding, she truly listens to you and is genuinely concerned about your concerns and does her best to make sure you achieve your goals. No one walks out of there feeling the same.

She's simply the best.

Used multiple times for IVF medications. Not necessarily the cheapest but the service is outstanding and worth paying that little bit extra. Private IVF abroad can be stressful, especially sourcing your own medications but Zen reply to emails in minutes and time sensitive medications arrive next day when promised.

to a history of my dreadful skin allergy problems
with her utmost patience and care .
At the end she promised to find out a suitable
allergy test for me by consulting her

I had the pleasure of having Cristina looking after me and my son. He needed an IV chelation and Cristina was very kind and patient with us, answering all our questions and putting any worries to rest. Cristina was also very responsive, updating me frequently.

I went here because the pharmacy is open later whereas most around me close at 6-6:30. I was so impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional at same time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They’re an excellent resource for the community.

• The Most Important - When You Need Them, They're Open, Unlike Most Other Pharmacies.
What first impressed me were the opening hours – truly great for London. They're open Mon-Sat 9 am to 11 pm, and Sun 12 pm to 9 pm , confirmed by external listings. Knowing I have access to a reliable pharmacy open late has been a real help. This level of accessibility makes a huge difference with a busy city schedule.

• A Team That Makes You Feel Welcome
Beyond convenience, the staff make a real difference. My experiences, and what I hear, point to a team that's friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. I've personally found them approachable and efficient. Specific staff like Dalia and Omar have been praised, reflecting the high standard I generally see. The atmosphere feels relaxed, suggesting good management cultivating that warm energy.

For me, the range of services under one roof is a major plus, it feels reassuring knowing that there’s always either a doctor, Pharmacist or nurse on hand to assist.

As a pharmacy, I find it efficient and well-stocked, sometimes with items I can't find elsewhere. They handle complex orders like IVF meds well and use modern systems like electronic prescriptions, delivery options, and an app. I also appreciate their ability to source specialist meds.

• GP Access On-Site
Having Private GP Consultations available is incredibly convenient, making it more of an integrated health spot. Dr. Saleh works there, the service itself, covering various health needs, is a big advantage. He is one of the most competent, compassionate, professional and intelligent GP’s I’ve come across and it is always a pleasure to see him. I recommend him to all of my friends and family and he always makes sure to squeeze you in and still gives you 100% of his focus regardless, which if you have been to a GP recently, is absolutely rare to find - I highly recommend booking a visit to see him during the weekday.

• Quality Aesthetic Treatments
I saw they offer a wide array of aesthetic treatments , including popular options like HydraFacial®, Botox®, fillers, and advanced techniques like peels and laser resurfacing. They use recognized brands, suggesting a focus on quality. Christina works there, but the offerings imply a high standard in a relaxed setting.

I noticed they also focus on proactive health with IV Vitamin Drips , B12 shots , and extensive blood tests/health profiles, including functional assessments. They seem quite forward-thinking with options like cryotherapy mentioned for the group.

Private healthcare costs are a factor in London, but I feel Zen Baker Street offers good value. Feedback praises their "reasonable prices," especially compared to other late-night options. They provide starting prices for some services and run promotions. Considering the hours, staff, and range of services, my feeling is that the value is strong.

This is gonna be a really long review because I can’t express how grateful I am that the Zen Pharmacy team at Baker Street are patient, kind and helpful.

As someone who struggles with mental health disorders and several physical chronic conditions, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been dismissed or made to feel like I’m crazy when I’ve asked for help. But Zen Pharmacy Baker Street had been so unbelievably kind in contrast. When I called Zen this morning I was grasping for straws — I’ve been out of my medication for days despite having tried to organise the prescription in advance, I’ve emailed, called, visited in person for days and somehow the clinic keeps telling me they’ve emailed the prescription (which they also emailed an incomplete one at first which dragged the process on even further) but the other pharmacy kept saying they don't have it. This isn’t even by post, it’s by email. I’ve even offered to email the prescription myself - since it is a link from a platform used by a well reputed private clinic that the prescription can be downloaded from, not a random PDF I could have forged myself. But still no. I was basically stuck in - to quote my friend - ‘a series of administrative and procedural ineptitude.’

This is for a medication I need every four hours that I cannot function without. It’s not one of those meds that stay in my system for days, it lasts four hours and as soon as the time runs out my tachycardia and pre-syncope flare up even if I try every other management techniques in the book. I made so many phone calls this morning and I had to take breaks in between to cry because I felt so helpless.

I am so glad I remembered Zen and tried them instead of the other pharmacies. I used to get my medications from them but a different branch several years ago before I moved. I remembered how kind and supportive they were even back then so I thought I’d try them again today. And thank god I did.

I completely get why the other pharmacy was impatient and did not try to help, everyone has a hard life and they are just doing their job following protocols and trying to get a pay check. I can’t really blame them. Which is why I’m so grateful Zen actually took their time to listen to me, helped me sort out my prescription *and* also answered questions regarding another medication I didn’t even get from them. I can’t tell you how many times other pharmacies have refused to answer any questions if I haven’t got the medication from them.

They didn’t have to listen and help, they could have told me the same thing every other pharmacy did. But they *chose* to listen, to help, to be patient and kind, to treat a random customer over the phone like a human being. That was a choice they didn't have to make but they did.

To anyone who’s not struggled with the healthcare system while being chronically ill, this is probably just something minor. But to anyone who understands the helplessness and shame of struggling and being made to feel like you are crazy… This is something huge.
