Carelift Services LTD Opiniones

The young man Jamie was excellent he was quick clean polite considerate man.He was an amazing young man thank you Carelift company

Paul from Carelifts did our annual service on our stairlift. He is a very pleasant young man and completed the service quickly and cleanly. The fitting of a chairlift means someone in the family needs assistance. Carelifts staff are helpful and caring. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly.

The engineer arrived very quickly, sorted the problem which I suspected was a failing battery. Sortd the problem quickly, very polite and cheerful chap, all back to normal, works fine.

My experience with Carelift Services was very positive. They arrived promptly and dealt with the problem I was having with my son's through floor lift. James was polite and professional. I would recommend.

Genuinely Carelift never fails. One call to say the stair lift wasn’t functioning and a few hours later Chris was there… typically no fault found but he didn’t give up he tried everything to make sure before he left it was working, as it was , and said to ring back if it misbehaved again.
Really trustworthy company that we highly recommend

Carelift Services - James, service engineer, was polite, respected our property, and carried out the Stairlift service extremely well.

Excellent service, both technical and personal.

Liam has just fitted a third hoist for our son and did a fabulous job. His experience in the field is so welcome and he always goes the extra mile to give the best product. We would not go anywhere else now.

The service is always professional and courteous and on time.

Excellent service. Have trust in your Engineer and the company so far. Very happy

Excellent service. Problem quickly resolved.
Service engineer polite and friendly

Fantastic service. Our lift stopped working and the whole process was quick, efficient and professional. Highly recommended stair lift company.

Very efficient and pleasant company, always quick to respond and excellent engineers. Would recommend highly

The engineer was an expert at fixing our through the floor lift. The callout charge was £160 then £60 for parts

An invaluable resource. An excellent range of equipment for hire at reasonable rates. This company provides an excellent service and their staff are friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From free quotation to completed finish I was kept in touch with all the information from what was involved to install the ceiling hoist (i.e. exactly where it would be what/where the holes would be drilled etc). There was very little disruption if in fact you could even call it that. The office kept me inform as to when the part required(which in our case was different from the normal) arrived and when they would be fitting it. GREAT JOB Liam & partner (sorry forgot name)

Very professional

Efficient and friendly service throughout. The installation engineers were excellent and very knowledgeable about the equipment. I would definitely recommend this company.

Prompt, polite, communicative, helpful and good with suggestions

My stairlift had broken yesterday and I contacted my supplier who contacted Carelift services. They came out the same day and mended and serviced it. He explained every step and has left me with a perfectly working lift.

Very swift response and good communication from both the engineer and the dispatcher.
