Dreadful, do not use. I had an initial quote of 51 a month. Less than a month in I changed vehicles so something similar and change caused the policy to increase 50% to 75. I phoned and asked if they can do better and each time they gave me a quote of even higher, eventually going up to 96 a month. I then decided to cancel the policy and go elsewhere and they charged me 88 cancellation fee. This menas that my 51 a month policy has cost me over 130 in a month. I dont like being held to randsom so will not use again. Ive given 2 stars because 1 star, to me, means it couldnt possibly be any worse, and they did at least cancel the policy

Please never use these
Please never use these, took my money, sent me a text to cancel my insurance after, advised me I owed them another £60 for them cancelling. 3 hours on the phone to be fobbed off. Customer service shocking, attitude shocking. Having to arrange new insurance to go on holiday, don’t make the same mistake as me use a decent company instead.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service.
Strict nasty emails received. No contact by a human. All because info I entered differed in a small way from previous insurer. Like I can second guess how they might word something.
When the years up I’ll be gone and won’t be back.

Avoid, sent me emails increasing the price after I already paid, because of a quote I did at somepoint in the past having different information on it, even though a quote can use any information, it's a quote, not a policy. I'm going to complain to the ombudsman, something very strange going on at this company. If you value your time and your money I would strongly advise against them.

Dodgy company, tried to increase price after I had paid. Avoid.
I went with Zenith as their quote was the cheapest on Confused.com. Shortly after I received an email saying that they want to increase the price on my policy because they had found an undisclosed claim under my name using the CUE database, the claim was from 3 years ago and even had someone random person's vehicle reg number. I was very confused since I've never had a claim in my driving history.
They instructed me to contact my previous insurers to request a letter of confirmation proving that I have never had a claim. What ensued was 2 hours of calling my insurers to try to get this letter, all of them confused and unable to help me.
I even submitted a form through the MIB to request my claims history.
After this incredibly frustrating rabbit hole, I decided to call Zenith directly to shed some light on the situation. The lady on the phone just asked 'okay can you confirm you're unaware of this claim? Alright I'll cancel it for you'
Apparently all the proof they needed was a quick verbal confirmation over the phone, not the letters they mentioned in their email to me.
Such a waste of time, and completely unprofessional. Had I known this is what I was in for I would've just gone for a more expensive insurance with someone else.

We're really sorry for the hassle and wasted time this caused. Finding a false claim on your record must have been so frustrating.
To stop this happening again in future, you'll need to contact your previous insurer. They can remove the incorrect record directly from the CUE database for you.
