I tried to contact customer service 7 times asking for green card for traveling abroad. they couldn't geve me an answer or proved me any help, they just keep telling me we will contact you in 24h for more information after one week I call again still the same ridiculous answer another 24h answer. I still waiting till now. I will never choose this zenith again again.

Having 22 years of No Claims Discount (NCD) is an incredible record, so getting a pedantic, bureaucratic request for "claims history proof" feels like a slap in the face.
my car insurance is due so searched found this quote ok from Zenith Insurance took it out sent proof of no claims and a week or so later got the streanges requet i have ever had from a car insureance company (I have 22 yrs NCD).
QUOTE "The proof you have provided has now been uploaded to your policy. Please note that your No Claims Discount is not required at this stage, as it has already been automatically verified by our system.
What we do still require is proof of your claim’s history, in accordance with the CUE (Claims and Underwriting Exchange) requirements.
Acceptable cue proof:
A letter on headed paper from the insurer at the time of the claim, clearly confirming the settlement of the claim
Email from the underwriter at time of claim clearly stating settlement of claim with the footer of the email and clear email address of the underwriter. Please note emails need to come directly from the underwriter and not forwarded by another source.
Letter from client confirming that the claim they disclosed at inception is a duplicate of the CUE claim "

While we can automatically verify the number of years of your No Claims Discount, this is separate from the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE) database, which records claims history. In your case, the claims information held on the CUE database did not match the information declared when your policy was taken out.
When this happens, we ask for supporting documentation so that we can compare the information provided by your previous insurer with the details held on the national database. This helps us ensure your policy is accurate and correctly reflects your claims history.
The reason for the request and the documents we require are outlined in the letter we sent regarding the CUE update. We understand this isn't something many customers encounter, but it is part of our verification process where discrepancies are identified.
