I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the £30 arrangement fee that applies to cancel a policy within the first 14 days.
We do aim to be as transparent as possible and disclose this fee along with our other fees at the point of sale so that customers can make an informed choice before choosing us.
If you think you have been charged more than £30 within 14 days of the policy being issued then please send your policy details to us at social@zenithinsurance-bisl.co.uk. and we will be happy to perform a review.

They do listen if you complain
I took out insurance in May 2026 and it was cancelled by the company 30 days later, They have arranged a refund that is £200 LESS than I was originally charged. This is sharp practice and it needs to be called out. Disgusting.
1 July UPDATE: I am happy to say that Zenith have listened, responded and actively sought to rectify this situation. Well done Zenith! Pleased to see that you are a company who cares.

Don't allow this insurer to overcharge on an accepted quote. Sharp practice!
Having spent some time speaking to a reprosentative of Zenith insurance I accepted a quotation shortly afterwards a higher amount than agreed was taken from my bank account. When this came to light I had to spend 2hrs 12 mins of my valuable time trying to sort this out...my call was dropped after waiting in a queue 6 times with no explanation. When I finally got through to someone they attempted to palm me off with some rubbish about 'Quote slippage'..utter rubbish! This is sharp practice plain and simple. Unforntunately this seems to now be the norm for certain insurance companies. Do it to enough customers, only a small percentage will pick up on it or would be willing to go through the pain of trying to claw back the overcharged monies. It is not acceptable or right in any way.

Mostly smooth but I was assuming that you could make amendments easily on the website after taking out cover.
This is not so. Only basic changes can be made everything else you have to ring up.
