No communication about having issues with the delivery. They are really poor and a 4-7 days delivery time has so far become a 15 working days target. Haven’t received my delivery yet!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased 2 beds and headboards from Sleep Beds on 5/2/25. We had confirmation that the order was with their (in house" delivery service) and would be delivered within 3-10 days!. After chasing them on 17/2 having not been contacted at all, they did respond indicating they were working to allocate a delivery date. This was then confirmed as 14/3/25. On the day we rang requesting confirmation the beds were actually being delivered! They apologised and said it could be another 5 weeks plus!...We have now cancelled our order and American Express are refunding us. My recommendation is never use Sleepbeds in the future - Their "in house" delivery service probably doesn't even exist. The worst service we have ever experienced.
No delivery, no response, no contact
No response to emails. Customer Service emails were returned as undeliverable. Had a lovely reply initially after I ordered a bed on 12 Feb - they had my consignment and as soon as it was ready for delivery they would contact me via text and email with details. Since then.......precisely NOTHING!

After 3 months my beds still didn’t arrive I’ve had to cancel. They say I will receive a refund within 20 days how come when a bank transfer takes hours. No apology for being treated so poorly either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dreadful in every way! Do NOT order anything from these people! No goods arrived so after hours..... And I mean hours on the phone in different queues I'm told they can't deliver as they have no packaging? Asked for a refund and told 10 to 20 days! They still have my £1000 as I wrote this and any communication (when you eventually get through) falls on deaf ears! The customer service lady was actually laughing on the phone when I said my kids were sleeping on the floor then put the phone down on me. Still waiting for a manager to call me back! The worst experience I've ever had with any company! Avoid at all costs!

Cancel my Order
I have cancelled my order with Sleep Beds because Zenith have failed to provide a delivery date. Zenith provide the “in house” delivery for Sleep Beds.
I am raising a dispute with my bank. Would absolutely NOT recommend either of these companies.

Ordered a bed over a month ago from sleep beds, then received an email saying Zenith have received and will be in touch with delivery date/slot. I have now received an email asking for feedback on my delivery when I STILL haven’t even received a date/slot. Been on hold for almost 40 minutes, no replies to any of my emails absolutely shocking customer service!!!
No delivery and no attempt to make one
No delivery, we were home all day waiting, the delivery slot came and went and no attempt was made to make a delivery we have a ring as well that captures any movement no delivery was attempted, we also attempted to call when the slot was missed but the phone is never answered and emails never responded to, then they send an email the next day that delivery was attempted on day of delivery and then no reschedule, complete fabrication

I ordered a divan base on the 21st February. I received an email saying that ZENITH DELIVERY NETWORK would be in touch. I have received no valid communication from them other than we will be in touch with a delivery date? This has been going on since the 23rd February. Then they sent an email saying that it would take 20-30 days to refund my order. Which I hadn't requested to cancel. They haven't given an explanation for the delay. There customer service is shocking. AVOID at all costs!!!

Shocking customer service. Can never get them in them phone and also they do not reply to emails.
I ordered a bed and at first got a email confirmation of the Oder say delivery in 5-10.
4 weeks in heard nothing. Co star untried to contact them by phone and email no hit with either.
Eventually I spoke to someone and could give me any idea of a delivery date. I asked for the order to be be cancelled to be told it would to lake between 30-60 days for a refund. When I queried why so long I was just told “our accounts department are very busy”
No surprise probably dealing with all the refund da that people want.

Absolutely Rubbish!!! Ordered my items on 20th January and today 9th march still no items! Customer service rubbish! No one answers the phone! It’s take two weeks for an email reply, which tbh my two year your old would have given me a more sensible reply!!

If I could give zero stars I would, to match the zero customer service. . The most awful experience. Arranged delivery and they didn’t turn up - no notification. Firstly the road to their warehouse was blocked, then packaging issues. Absolute rubbish. I don’t think this company is legitimate!
