Still waiting for my bed, they received this a month ago and have cancelled 2 scheduled deliveries without warning or notification.
Managed to contact today after being on hold for 90 minutes and have cancelled and requested a refund.
The excuse.....a packaging issue.....my butt!

No bed. No communication. Chargeback Authorised.
Ordered a bed through SleepBeds (part of the same company as Zenith). Didn't receive bed on agreed date. Numerous calls ignored. Their email address doesn't work, and SleepBeds ignored my email. My chargeback request was authorised by my bank speedily as I assume they are well aware of their scammy practices. Check Companies House!

Do I have to even give 1 star. Terrible, bed ordered date for delivery changed several times, date then confirmed and still waiting for the delivery several weeks after confirmed date. No communication. Very very poor customer service. Contacted back for refund and explained a fraudulent payment. Shocking

I'm incredibly disappointed with their customer service. If you send an email to them it is undelivered & when try to call them it take that an hour at least to pick up.
I order a bed in early January despite there 3-10 day delivery promise, they can not give any indication of a revised date due to logistic issues
I agree with all the other poor reviews this is totally unacceptable & they need to get their act together

Still waiting for my bed base ordered from Sleep Beds, was finally promised delivery Saturday 1 March between 7-10.. but nothing, no phone call, nothing. Then yesterday I had a phone call saying it would be Thursday followed by an email saying they didn’t know when it would arrive!
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!

I am beyond furious with the absolutely horrendous service I’ve experienced! I ordered a bed on January 21, 2025, from sleepbeds.co.uk and their website promised delivery within 3 to 10 days. Fast forward to March 4, 2025—32 DAYS later—and I’m still without a bed and have received ZERO communication!
Zenith Delivery Network, has rescheduled delivery TWICE and failed to show up both times! And guess what? Neither of these companies answers their phones! It’s like they’ve completely disappeared!

Disgraceful company! No customer service department, nobody replies to calls or email. Been waiting for my sons bed for 2 months
No choice to give a zero star…
No choice to give a zero star unfortunately. My bed was due to be delivered, last week. No show and no response from the company who make the beds or the delivery company. Totally shocking. I work abroad and paid for this from my foreign credit card so not sure what comeback I have but this is outrageous.

Ordered a bed on 8th January and still not got it. Asked for my £510 back and was told it will be up to 20 days. Not holding my breath. I've reported this company along with sleep beds to my credit card company. Alarm bells started ringing when I could never get through. Been holding for over 30 minutes each time. Customer Service is disgusting. I just kept getting emails saying there was a problem with delivery but no new date offered. So annoyed as I'd got rid of my old bed and now sleeping on sofa until I get money for a new bed. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Cannot deliver sleepbeds.co.uk in 3 to 10 days…
Sleepbeds.co.uk promised a 3 to 10 day delivery. I got an email a day later claiming the bed was with Zenith Delivery Network. From the tracking, the delivery was scheduled for 43 days later - well outside the promised window and that they didn't have the bed.
According to their own website, the two companies are related. I suspect they are both aware and responsible for the current issues.

I waited 25 days for my scheduled delivery from sleepbeds. It was due to be delivered on 27/02/25 between 8-11am. It was not delivered nor was I contacted by zenith with an update. They ignored my emails and no-one answered my calls. Sleep beds have also gone silent.
Fraudulent company. Luckily I purchased through clearpay and raised a dispute with them to get a full refund.

Awful service - this company is appalling
This company is appalling! Ordered bed from sleep beds and was given delivery date by Zenith which they later cancelled. When they came the following week one guy did all the lifting and carrying while the other was in the phone the whole time. There was a problem with the headboard so sleep beds agreed to send out a new one. I was told it would be delivered today between 9-11 but it never arrived the tracking says it is still awaiting a delivery date and has only been dispatched not prossessed. I have been trying all day to contact both Zenith and Sleep beds but neither is answering the phone or responding to my emails. This is no way to treat paying customers I wish I had seen the other reviews before buying.

After reading all these bad reviews I was a little worried that my bed wouldn't come.. after just one day adjustment of delivery I can happily say my divan bed and mattress has arrived and it's lovely ty, delivered it where asked as I was still in process of dismantling the old bed
