Zaid provided a incredibly thorough report which went above and beyond the details expected. We have been left feeling assured all points have been covered and would recommended to all friends and family.

ZFN were very helpful in getting a building survey done for me at short notice during a tricky period (stamp duty deadlines and all!)

Shortly after I received a call from the surveyor and had an initial chat to discuss the overall inspection - to my delight structurally everything was fine and good to go.

I am admittedly a difficult customer to deal with sometimes and raised many queries once I received the report regarding my own points I noted during my own inspection.

These were then discussed through their Whatsapp service (which is very helpful) and furthermore through a group call running through all the points I had (there were a lot of points of discussion) they went above and beyond with their own insightful points to aid my overall purchase and position.

Overall I am very satisfied with their service 5* from me.

My partner was the main contact, instructing Zaid to complete a building survey of a Victorian terranced house in East London. Zaid and ZFN was recommended to us by a friend, so we knew already that he was good. Zaid has been very easy to communicate with and he did an excellent, quick and smooth job. He was very on top of keeping us in the loop and he kept us updated throughout the process by text and email. His report was easy to understand and detailed to the expected level (he had provided us with an example report before we committed). Zaid and Fayyaz went above and beyond to try to accommodate my very late survey in my first house buying process.

They managed to slot me into their already busy week at very short notice, and I was extremely grateful and the speed in which Fayyaz called me back after the survey was done to let me know of any issues to relay on to my solicitor.

I also received my report ahead of schedule which was phenomenal. Genuinely one of the smoothest parts of the process when every other surveying company I had contacted didn't bother to make time for me.

I am a first-time buyer and was looking for a building survey to be completed as soon as possible. After doing some market research ZFN was the only one who were readily available and guaranteed me to do the survey as quickly as possible. They were also very competitive in their pricing and fees when compared to the rest of the surveyors I contacted. The report was comprehensive and had pictures of all the different parts of the flat clearly stating the issues and the estimated repair costs.

Zaid, the surveyor, was very professional, polite and friendly. In every step of the survey he kept me updated and was always available to answer my questions promptly via text or call.

Very thorough survey. Great value for money

Would recommend to anyone! Zaid was on text before we’d even chosen our surveyor, answering a million questions and putting us at ease. We noted a few things we wanted special attention with in the property and he texted us as soon as the survey was finished to put us at ease. The report was good, clear photos and description. We just found Zaid so easy to deal with and that extra communication sets ZFN above other surveyors, that and the good price.

I would highly recommend ZFN. They offered value for money and an excellent service, always available for any questions we had with speedy responses. They went the extra mile!
