Low quality & bad customer service

Blurry, low-quality case, and the paint chipped off within a couple of weeks. When confronted about the blurry/fuzzy quality, Zicase claimed it was meant to look like that & only offered to refund shipping costs or 50% off on the next purchase, when I'm obviously not buying from them again. Super frustrating that they completely dismissed how badly the design looks by arguing that the case is still functional. As if I went out of my way to purchase strictly for protection purposes?

Our team carefully reviewed your photos and messages at the time and explained that what appeared as “fuzzy edges” on the clovers was actually a heat mark caused by the adhesive process during production — a normal visual effect that doesn’t indicate a defect or damage.

According to official USPS tracking records, your package was delivered to your mailbox at 7:31 pm on October 4, 2025. We also shared screenshots confirming both the shipping and delivery information directly with you via email.

The phone case bought was amazing but…

The phone case bought was amazing quality. When I reached out to customer service it was fast and effective. I just didn’t like that when I placed my order the phone case I bought was out of stock and the company still let me pay for it even though yall didn’t have it so it took longer for me to get my product in the midst of the miscommunication but overall lovely purchase and I’ll definitely order again in the future.

I loved the phone cases + stickers

I loved the phone cases + stickers, however I place the order on September 13 and it didn’t arrive until October 4, so it took about 21 days to arrive which it’s very far off from the 12 days they originally said it would take. It’s a really nice choice if you don’t care about shipping though the quality is very nice and super cute!

The case you ordered includes a removable piece designed to protect the camera lens. From your description, it seems that after your phone was dropped, this piece may have come off. In such cases, it can usually be reattached, or alternatively, a separate lens protector can be used instead of this plastic piece, as it’s intended as an extra option.

If you had reached out to us at the time this happened, we would have asked for photos of the case and offered the best solution — whether that meant guiding you on how to reattach it, sending an additional lens protector at no cost or, if the case itself was damaged, replacing it with a new one free of charge.

Takes FOREVER to clear customs

Ordered a case Feb 16th, tracking has it stuck in customs since Feb 23 and it is now March 16! Better be worth the wait!
