Told me product was on its way and I could track it via the link provided. No such entity (wasn't USPS), so I had to contact PayPal to investigate. Long story short & much time later. Issue got resolved as an email came with a USPS tracking number. Ugh.

We are sorry to hear that, but we need to explain to you:
We received your order on November 29 and delivered it to the shipping company on December 4 and the tracking number was emailed to you on the same day. (A 4PX tracking number was sent to you because your order was shipped from China to the United States)
But on December 10! We received a case from you on PayPal and we responded to you soon and provided the USPS tracking number to PayPal! but we did not receive a response from you and PayPal was also waiting for your response...
Your order was delivered to you on December 15.
We understand that you may have some concerns about your order as we are a new company and that is normal.
Anyway! We apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can create a better experience for you in the future.
