Quality and return
The quality was very poor for the amount paid. They should give you a longer return period. Was having problems trying to return. Until I was given a green card I was told I couldn’t return them anymore.

It takes a while before you get the tracking number. But the cases are really pretty and the quality is good. They have an amazing support! I ordered the welng model and they let me choose a new case.

not the best but not the worse
i feel like the case quality doesn’t look the same to the picture, i ordered the hello kitty magsafe phone case and although im not saying the case is ugly the characters definitely don’t look as pastel as the ones on the case just looks like a decal print was on the case. the phone charm i ordered is very cute though it was the colorful phone charm, and because the phone case and the charm reached over the amount i got like 50 free stickers, i don’t understand the difference of mine but mine are not stickers they’re just print pictures which is weird. they also said they were going to give me a free pop socket i never received. i will say the customer service was helpful and nice though, the quality in the middle, and well the stickers aren’t really stickers. -lani

We’re glad to hear you liked the colorful phone charm and found our customer service helpful. However, we're sorry to learn that the Hello Kitty MagSafe case didn’t fully meet your expectations and that there was confusion about the stickers and the pop socket.
Regarding the stickers, they are indeed vinyl stickers, but they come with a very thin backing that can sometimes be tricky to remove. Please try peeling off the thin layer from the back, and they should work just like any other sticker. If you still have issues, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist further.
We also apologize for the mix-up with the pop socket. It was used as a decoration to make the product images more attractive, but we decided to send it to you as a gift along with 50 free Hello Kitty stickers. The stickers were included in the package, but we're very sorry that the pop socket was not sent to you. We will check with our warehouse team to find out exactly what happened.
