They never get back to you if you raise…

They never get back to you if you raise a complaint. Service is outsourced and the driver drove the car without releasing hand break. Even after telling he could not correct and i had to show him. I took 2 trips and one worked out ok. So you really dont know who you are getting.

Absolutely terrible experience with Zofeur. From start to finish, the handling of my case was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unfair.

Despite the accident being clearly the fault of their driver, they refused to take proper responsibility and hid behind “insurance limitations” rather than addressing the real financial impact caused. I was left covering costs that were not my fault, including a shortfall on my vehicle finance and additional expenses just to get back on the road.

Communication was slow, inconsistent, and felt like they were deliberately trying to wear me down into accepting an inadequate offer. Instead of resolving the situation fairly, they repeatedly dismissed valid concerns and showed no willingness to take accountability.

If you value transparency, responsibility, and basic customer care, I would strongly advise avoiding Zofeur. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and financially damaging.

Unreliable, unsafe and charges you for their mistakes

I booked this company in advance to transport my family for an important occasion while I was traveling. The first driver canceled last minute. The second driver showed up completely unprepared — he didn’t even know how to operate the car (a Tesla, which the company was informed about beforehand). He couldn’t figure out how to shift into drive or reverse and clearly had no idea how to handle the vehicle.

On top of that, he didn’t know the route or where he was going. Entrusting my family to someone so unqualified was extremely unsettling.

This company is irresponsible and unreliable. I strongly urge others to think twice before using their service.

ZOFEUR ACCIDENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am victim of a car accident caused by a Zofeur driver who took an exit at 80km/h speed instead of 40km/h and went straight into the barrier instead of turning. Luckily and despite the speed, my car was strong enough to hold us on the bridge.
The ambulance drove me to A&E placed on a stretcher. I had to have a PT Scan, Xray and later on due to the intense pain and MRI scan. As it was an RTA accident, none of these tests was covered by my medical insurance.
Due to the impact of the accident I was left with a sternoclavicular dislocation.
To date I have still not recovered the entire mobility of my left arm and the Dr has advised that I may not fully recuperate. After a lot of email exchanges with Zofeur, the company offered me a compensation amount of AED 10 000 in order to resolve this matter. I of course refused this settlement as not only are the medical expenses linked to the accident caused by the Zofeur driver higher than this amount but it left me with long term health consequences. It is outrageous that Zofeur have not taken into consideration the impact of this situation caused by them and that is life changing for me.

Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.
After booking a ride 15 days in advance, Zofeur cancelled our trip at 4:00 a.m., leaving us effectively stranded one hour away from home on New Year’s night.
This was not a last-minute booking, nor an unforeseen situation, it was a confirmed reservation made well in advance, and cancelling at that hour shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers’ safety.
Being left without transport in the middle of the night on such an occasion is unacceptable. A service that presents itself as premium should never put customers in this position.
I would strongly caution anyone against relying on Zofeur for important or time-sensitive journeys. We certainly will not be using this service again.

Driver Did Not Show Up for Visa Appointment

I’m honestly shocked by this morning’s experience.

A driver was booked for my boss’s wife for a biometrics appointment for her visa, which is extremely time-sensitive and not something you can simply miss. The driver did not show up at all. No call. No message. No explanation.

They have an 8-month-old baby, and my boss is running a business and had an important meeting scheduled this morning. Because your driver failed to arrive, everything turned into complete chaos. He had to drop everything last minute to drive his wife himself, the baby was visibly distressed by the rush and stress, and the entire situation was incredibly overwhelming.

If he hadn’t stepped in immediately, she would have missed the appointment, which would have delayed her visa and potentially affected their ability to travel over New Year’s Eve.

This caused an unacceptable amount of stress for the whole family and was completely avoidable. When a driver is booked for something as serious as a visa appointment, reliability is non-negotiable

Zofeur black is a scam service

Zofeur black is a scam service. They use inexperienced drivers. Got my car into an accident in the first week, then received a traffic penalty for dangerous driving. Still cannot manage to get them paid the fine despite of their promises to handle everything.

Unfair Fine Handling — Very Disappointing Customer Support

Disappointed With the Way My Issue Was Handled

I have generally appreciated Zofeur’s service, but I was disappointed with a recent experience. A fine was issued due to an incident that occurred during my ride, but because the fine notification came after the trip ended, I was informed that it would not be covered.

I understand policies are in place, but in this case the situation arose from the driver’s actions, and I truly believe it would have been fair for Zofeur to take responsibility. The decision left me feeling unsupported as a customer.

I hope the team can review how such cases are handled in the future, as resolving them with more consideration would really help maintain customer trust. For now, I’m hesitant to recommend the service.

Prebooked a ride only for it to show up 25 minutes late.
Phoned customer support who admitted the mix up on their end and that it was a scheduling error their side.
However they were unwilling to compensate for the missed appointment or offer any credits. Compared to other providers like Careem etc who will instantly refund when things go wrong, thus winning loyal customers.

Super sad, stressful

Super sad to see a service I was genuinely excited about. Drivers didn’t show up, the app didn’t respond like Careem or the other app that you could at least call or text and check on your order, they didn’t respond and they still charged me for this pain of almost missing flights, putting me through stress while this should have been convenience.

Safe driver… if you can get hold of one

Booked safe driver on multiple occasions. 5 out of 5 times there would be an issue. Drivers can’t find the place, not coming on time, when booking in advance, the driver would be so far away, they can’t even reach. The customer service is non-existent, they don’t pick up the phone or respond to WhatsApp messages. Last time I got stuck with a car in an airport because the driver which we booked in advance to take the car back home said to cancel the trip because he is too far and it doesn’t make sense for him to come. No surprise I couldn’t reach anyone at that point. They are only good if you want to take you home after a fun night out where the stakes are low and you are not in a rush. If there is anything important, I would never trust them again. Even the drivers themselves, who look like they freelance for Zofeur are saying that the company is not responding to them. Very disappointing experience.
