worst company always blackmailing chauffeurs , if you speak truth and logic base they will block your I'd and blackmailing you that what you earn they will deduct in fine you avoid road fines , you avoid your vendor fines , but you cannot avoid zofur fines , they will make a story if even they are wrong Always thinking about his profit if ride cancel either chauffer time energy wate or pd ( driver who drop chauffer) his petrol wasted zofur will take his profit have more to explain in next

Crappy service

The driver doesnt show up and when you finally cancel, they charge you. If you open a ticket to protest, nobody replies to you.

Besides, it will cost you almost the same as a taxi. Not worth the pain. Do not bother.

I tried to use Zoufer. I have booked and waited for some time to arrive the driver. Unfortunately, I cancelled the order immediately they charged an amount from account. After that I tried to contact multiple ways using on WhatsApp, customercare but no luck. Finally, I lost my money. Not recommended at all

The "quoted" price is a lie, doesn't take into account drivers taking the longest routes possible.

The "quoted" price is a lie. Will cost you twice as much as a taxi and will take you twice as long to get home; if you are lucky.

Drivers will take forever to find you, then will take the longest possible route. Just had a ride from marina to business bay take 50 minutes because instead of taking the direct route up SZR, we did a tour of Silicon to "avoid traffic".

Not what it used to be im afraid, better off just getting the taxi - at least careem customer care respond.

Utter garbage service.

Utter garbage service.

Useless drivers, unskilled, unprofessional, dangerous.

We also cancelled the last service and still got charged. Recieveing a refund afterward is a laughable process. Firstly, added to Zoeffuer wallet rather than fully refunded.

Do not use!

Pathetic useless and not recommended

Pathetic service the driver didn't arrive for 45 mins kept lying he is reaching in 5 mins.
Customer service doesnt not exist its like trying to talk to a wall.

Would be crazy to ever think about using this useless pathetic service and would not be surprised if they close down in a few months

“I booked a driver with Zofeur, expecting them to arrive within 10 to 20 minutes as advertised. However, it took over an hour for a driver to finally show up. During that time, they changed the assigned driver four times on the app, making the whole experience confusing and frustrating. When the driver eventually arrived, he was sweating and had an unpleasant odor, which left my car smelling terrible for hours afterward. This experience was far from the reliable and professional service I expected. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.”

The night customer service is just…

The night customer service is just horrible. Doesnt answer calls in emergency. They think its easy for the drivers to handle different people. They just give grief to them and make it difficult for the zofeur which results to harrassing the customer indirectly. A 15min wait ultimately landed up waiting for 60min. App is not user friendly also for a person intoxicated to book a ride on the app. Never using your service again. Night staff name Mr Irfan - Nov 6 - 11.45pm appx

I'll try to keep it short

I'll try to keep it short. Be careful with this company; they do not care about you or your vehicle. Last November, during the Dubai floods, I was overseas for a family event and decided to use Zofuer for a routine garage drop to my mechanics for a light service. I naturally wouldn't have booked if I had been aware of the weather conditions.

The car was collected and driven into a body of water, destroying my engine. Initially, Zofuer admitted liability but insisted I use my own insurance for the repairs. This was the first of many red flags. I had to argue for days that using my insurance was unfair as the car was damaged by their company. When they eventually agreed to use their own insurance company, the repairs were below par, and the car broke down two days after it was returned (over two months later). They took the car back to inspect it and decided to blame me for "driving too fast". I never broke a speed limit but there was no talking to them, I was constantly ignored for days on end while paying for a rental from my own pocket. I was eventually escalated to a senior manager who also eventually ghosted me.

In a final act of desperation, I sent direct emails to the founders and co-owners, Bunty Monani and Ishrath Hasmin. They care so little about the welfare of their clients that I never received a response.

I must stress that throughout this process, I have never blamed the driver. Zofuer drivers have a demanding job and follow instructions. I do question why the organization didn't care enough for their own employees or clients to restrict service during the adverse weather conditions like Deliveroo, Instashop, Zomato, and so many others had the sense and care to do.

I don't come from much, but the incredible city of Dubai has been good to me, and after 6 years here, I bought the car of my dreams, a second-hand Bentley GT Continental. Zofuer not only destroyed my car but also exhibited the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It's eight months on, and I am over 120K AED out of pocket to replace the engine. Be careful, folks.

Always had a good experience up to now...
So basically they provide a good service when you need a chauffeur to drive your car to anywhere and a reasonable price.
Yesterday Zofeur's shortcomings came to light - although the Application stated the driver arrived, no driver to be found and after 1+ hours of trying to resolve it, we got a friend to drive our car home instead.
Zofeur's Helpdesk (which is difficult to reach) provided no assistance to get it fixed.
When using Zofeur, make sure you have a backup plan!

This is great thing to whom don’t want to drive , i like them that have good drivers polite and kind approach. Their application have good feature .. totally i had good experience,, i give them 4/5rating.. keep it up the fare is good as well on dubai area i don’t know the other state ..
