FAR from PREMIER

After an extended and exhausting experience with Zofeur, I’ve cancelled my service and won’t be using or recommending them again. Customer support was consistently slow and unprofessional — far from anything you’d expect from a “premier” chauffeur brand. Driver profiles/CVs felt exaggerated or inaccurate, especially around cleanliness and navigation. Drivers were also assigned or changed without notice, creating confusion for both driver and client — and when the transport involves kids, that’s simply unacceptable.

Despite raising these issues directly with senior management, my concerns went nowhere and I was even hit with an unjustified financial penalty. What was supposed to be seamless support and peace of mind turned into repeated stress and wasted time. There’s no cost benefit to offset the inefficiencies.

I won’t recommend this service, and based on my experience, I’d discourage others from enrolling until major improvements are made.

Driver crashed our car

Driver crashed our car, then completely lied when we put in a claim saying damage was existing?!?!. We now have to pay the excess.

How is this fair?

Zofeur sucks.

Unprofessional service and fine refund issue

They do not properly screen their drivers, and when a driver receives a fine, they refuse to issue a refund unless every document is submitted exactly in the format they demand just because they don’t want to type if you send them a document clearly just laziness, Their behaviour is unprofessional and borderline bullying, which is not a surprised when reading other review… Extremely disappointing service — I will never use them again.

Driver was falling asleep at the wheel!

We booked the monthly service and had to change drivers. The final straw being that the driver was falling ASLEEP at the wheel one morning putting multiple lives at risk. He was also showing up late most days. Awful experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Zofeur Black - sh...

I used their service on a monthly subscription plan, and both times the drivers never showed up at all. Customer support responds extremely slowly — often over two hours — which makes the situation even worse. Despite the issue being entirely on their side, they still attempted to charge me for cancelling the subscription. This is a complete failure of customer service, and I strongly advise others not to use their services.

I booked a Zofeur on 16th November pick…

I booked a Zofeur on 16th November pick at 2230 from Dubai Media city amphitheater, around 1035, I received a message driver has arrived, when I came out from the event that I attended, I saw the Chauffeur Gul, when I approached him he said it's not him and he walked away. Later I opened the app to reconfirm the name, and I saw Gul's photo and it was him. I followed him and ask again, for the second time he refused and said he didn't accept any bookings. I ask him if this was him by showing the picture he said yes but he didn't accept any bookings and asked me to book a one and he was rude. I had to argue with him and thought of calling the cops. But since I was late I had to cancel and rebook for another Chauffeur. I selected the driver asked to cancel the option in the mobile app yet I was requested to pay AED 15 for canceling. I blocked my card, but when I ended my trip with the second Chauffeur the AED was added to the total, I refused to oay but this tye second driver was also arguing with me. It was late night 12. But I ended up in paying additional AED 15 for Zofeur mistake.
This is an ridiculous service from Zofeur and they need to take action against such 3rd class chauffeur. 15 is not a big money but why to pay for Chauffeur mistake.
Moreover when I called the call center they said it's a wrong number. I don't think I can recommend Zofeur for anyone.

Deceptive Pricing, Unprofessional Service

Lured in by a 50% discount that never materialized on the app by magically vanishing. The service was just as dishonest, the driver was late, and a regular 80-minute trip to Abu Dhabi I take every day took around 2 hours. Since you pay per minute, their tardiness directly costs you money. A complete rip-off. Consider yourself warned. If I could rate less than 0, I would.

I booked a zoufer and he dint show up.... I booked again and same... After a few days they send a discount voucher and get what it's invalid. Before the final judgement I tried for the 3 rf time and it took forever to come and 5-10 mins wait time became to 50 mins and I cancelled it

Stay away from them

I have been using a Zofeur Black service in Dubai for a while hoping to get improvement and believing false promises. But the reality lies in their terms and conditions. Read it and you will see - they remove absolutely all responsibility from themselves. They are not actually a driver company - just a marketplace who is not responsible for the actions of the drivers be it a no-show or a damage to the vehicle. Some drivers were rude to us, others would not come on time or simply not show up some days. Last drop was when a driver just told be in end of the day that it is his last day because he is going on holday. And next day noone showed up. While they had just remived my monthly payment.

Extremely Disappointed with the Chauffeur Service

I booked a chauffeur service for 9:00 a.m. today to drop my car at the Service Center. Unfortunately, the driver showed up 45 minutes late, arriving only around 9:45 a.m. My service appointment was scheduled for 9:50 a.m., but because of the driver’s delay, my car only reached the service center at 11:30 a.m.

Due to this delay, I was informed that my car couldn’t be serviced on the same day. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service and still face such poor time management and inconvenience. I was ready on time, waiting for the driver, yet ended up wasting half my morning and now my car is stuck at the service center for an extra day.

Honestly, this was a pathetic experience. I expected professionalism and reliability, but got the complete opposite. In the future, I’d rather drive my car myself and take a taxi back, it would cost the same and save me the stress.

Absolutely disappointing and not worth the money.

I do not recommend to use this company

I do not recommend to use this company. The driver did not show up, he did not reach out to me and did not respond to my calls. He left us stranded for 40 minutes before a replacement driver came. This is entirely unacceptable. I will not use this company again.

For a paid drive of 14 minutes duration…

For a paid drive of 14 minutes duration costing Aed 41 an amount of Aed 180 was deducted from the account for reasons best known to this so called company for convenience and reliability . They are not offering any justification for this and despite several follow ups with their call centre and emails , no response except polite statements that the senior management is looking into it and will revert ( don’t know whether this will happen or not )

Very very bad
I haf mentioned my Tesla in the app. Umfortunately the driver didnt know even how to start the car. He even didnt know how to put on tbe AC. We didnt have a choice but to risk our lifes till we reach. Currently Im on the way, hope tp reach home safely. I would rate minus five stars but there is no option to do that.

NOT happy

Zofeur charges extra, by taking wrong ways and stopping by the service road on the way to the destination.
Every time I send our child and nanny to home, the driver stops on the way, and try to earn extra time and miles...
In the end, the travel time is 10mins longer than the normal trip, and Zofeur is charging more.
Normally it costs 40AED, but they charge 80AED...
There are NO call center, NO support...
