Binu was very friendly and polite. He was considerate of my space and he worked around me (because I was making breakfast). He gave me a great tip to protect my machine and tested it before giving me adequate instructions how to use it allowing me to ask questions throughout. Excellent experience. Steve

From contacting the company to having my oven fixed the service was absolutely excellent. All prices and delivery estimates for the part were clearly explained by Antony and any queries via email were answered immediately. All staff were so professional and polite. The engineer, Yurov, was exceptionally efficient and polite and it was a pleasure dealing with all staff. The company ensured they could accommodate my times and were also great value for money. I highly recommend this company and should I need any repairs again this is definitely where I will go. Thank you!

The initial phonecall to request assistance with my washing machine was dealt with promptly by Elin Stoyanov. He arranged for the engineer to make a same day visit.
The engineer Yavor Petrov is highly recommendable.

Although my machine cannot be repaired he was efficient and knowledgable and gave me confidence that a suitable alternative can be found.

I informed the company about a free parking space available just one minute from my location and provided the exact street name. Despite this, the engineer arrived an hour late and attempted to charge me for parking in addition to the service fee. I declined, as I had already arranged a free parking option and felt it was unfair to be charged due to internal miscommunication within their team.

Now, after I’ve already paid for the service on-site via their card machine, I’m receiving an additional invoice for the parking fee - which I do not believe I should be responsible for. The service isn't done but I will be seeking another company to complete the task since I find this company untrustworthy.

Absolutely terrible service. Stay away from ABC Maintenance.
I contacted them on Friday for an urgent fridge repair. They sent someone who did absolutely nothing—he couldn’t identify the problem, didn’t fix the fridge, and even started giving me and my mother instructions to clean the shelves for him. He spent time writing things on his phone and refused to explain what was wrong. He only said, “You’ll get the report today or tomorrow.”

Well, neither Saturday nor Sunday did I receive anything. I followed up on Monday—they promised to send the report. Nothing came. I called again on Tuesday, they claimed they had sent it and blamed it on a wrong email address. Still nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday, and this time I asked for a full refund (£54) since the issue wasn’t resolved and no report was provided. They said they'd talk to the manager and get back to me—never happened. When I followed up again, they told me they “need to investigate.”

I called again today (Friday) and was told the manager “isn’t working today.” Excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. This is not just bad service—it’s a scam. I paid £54 for absolutely nothing in return.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Binu visited our home to rectify the issue. Got a good idea of the problem and discussed the options to resolve the issue. Greatly recommend this person for any repairs.

Good company. They had to rearrange the appointment last minute but their communication was good. The final visit was as organised. The engineer was knowledgeable and got our dishwasher working again quickly (loose water solenoid). He also stayed to witness a full cycle working ok. Would recommend.

Zohaib did an excellent job removing an old oven and fitting new one. On time, friendly and efficient. The guys in the ABC office were also really helpful and organised. Definitely use again.

I had trouble with other providers, but ABC Maintenance was quick, professional and helpful. The booking team (Kristina) was great and booked me in for the next day. The engineer came within the allotted time, was helpful and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. The oven was working within 20 mins of the engineer arriving.

Dimi did an excellent job fixing our broken washing machine. He discovered a cable had become disconnected and reattached it which saved us from any costly replacements!
