Onbetrouwbare organisatie – leveringsbeloftes niet nagekomen
And Light belooft snelle levering, maar in werkelijkheid wacht ik inmiddels vier weken op een Foscarini lampenkap. Na contact opgenomen te hebben, ontvang je alleen een automatisch antwoord met opnieuw vier weken extra levertijd.
Na €220 vooruitbetaald te hebben, blijft het volledig onzeker of en wanneer het product überhaupt geleverd wordt. Beloftes worden niet nagekomen, communicatie is slecht en als klant blijf je in het ongewisse.
De website ziet er professioneel en aantrekkelijk uit, maar daarachter schuilt slechte service en een gebrek aan transparantie.
Mijn advies: koop hier niet voordat je eerst de reviews leest.

Product not working and terrible customer service
I've bought a lamp and it's not working. I'm having a very difficult time to get it replaced or refunded. I've exchanged emails with literally 6 different people, more than 10 emails and each one is like starting this conversation again. They ask for videos of the product not working, then say they can not open the video. Then ask for photos in a different form. Every communication leads to no solution but more proves that the lamp does not work.

I purchased 2 Flos Rosy Angelis lamps from Andlight.com
1 lamp stopped working within months after delivery so I requested assistance but their customer service is very slow. I am waiting for a resolution for 2 months now. I am not satisfied.

Deze keer een slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ik had een mooie lamp gezien, de prijs was €1470, na contactmet de klantenservice werd de prijs ineens verhoogd naar €1733. Heel vreemd. Ik heb de klantenservice gevraagd om duidelijkheid maar zelfs met bewijs van een screenshot begrijpen ze niet waar ik deze prijs vandaan haal.
