Super geregeld
Nog nooit bij deze webshop besteld en we waren wat huiverig, maar vanwege de fantastische aanbieding toch besloten de gok te wagen en bij een goede ervaring daarna de vloerlamp te gaan bestellen. De levering ging snel. Zaterdag besteld en woensdag al gearriveerd bij het afhaalpunt. De Secto lampen hangen prachtig. We zijn er heel blij mee. Helaas is de vloerlamp nu niet in de aanbieding, maar wie weet bestellen we deze nog op een later moment.

Goede en snelle service
Ons lampje ging binnen de garantietermijn stuk. Hier melding van gemaakt via de website en 2 weken later had ik een nieuwe lamp in huis! Heel tevreden over de snelle service en afhandeling.

Top bedrijf en geweldige service!
Een prachtige travertin tafel gekocht. Helaas kwam deze gebroken aan door een slechte bezorgservice. Hierop contact opgenomen met andligt en fantastisch geholpen Line Davidoff (clame coördinator). Zij heeft ons fantastisch geholpen en continue contact met ons gehouden wanneer wij het nieuw blad konden verwachten en zelfs foto's van dit blad naar ons gestuurd, zodat wij konden kiezen of wij deze wilden hebben. Omdat het de eerste keer fout was gegaan, nu een nieuw bezorgbedrijf ingeschakeld en het blad per pallet naar ons verzonden, zodat deze heel aan zou komen. Heel erg blij met onze tafel! Top bedrijf en service!! En vooral complimenten voor Line!

Niet klantvriendelijk bij lange levertijden
Ben nu (uiteindelijk) heel blij met mijn aanschaf.
Eerder vind ik jullie bedrijf niet echt flexibel of klantvriendelijk.
Als er voor een artikel een zeer lange levertijd is, dan is het niet klantvriendelijk als je de gehele koopsom wekenlang /of zelfs maandenlang in het vooruit moet betalen.
Daar moeten jullie iets op verzinnen.

Snel en compleet geleverd, precies wat we zochten
We waren via een Google-zoektocht naar de Tolomeo Mega bij AndLight terecht gekomen, hoewel we er nog nooit eerder van hadden gehoord. Toch besteld en tot onze verbazing hadden we enkele dagen later de lamp al in huis - heel snel, keurig verpakt en helemaal compleet. Helemaal tevreden dus, de volgende keer dat we een lamp zoeken, kijken we zeker weer hier.
