Waardeloze service
Lamp besteld waarbij van te voren uitvoerig gecommuniceerd is over de juiste versie. Medewerker had aangegeven dat ik de juiste versie had besteld (dimbaar). Bestelling ontvangen en opgehangen. Nu blijkt deze toch niet dimbaar te zijn. Daarom per email om verheldering gevraagd en omruiling naar een dimbare versie.maar uiteindelijk geven ze geen antwoord meer via de mail . Ze reageren gewoon niet, erg onbeschofd. Nu zit ik door hun fout met een verkeerde dure lamp. Ik zou dus niet weer bij dit bedrijf een lamp bestellen gezien de foute voorlichting en een corrupt retourbeleid.

As discussed via email, your electrical system is unfortunately not compatible for the lamp to be dimmable. This is of course very unfortunate, but we could not have known this beforehand.
Besides this, we did indeed send you an email on 22/05/2023 that we have not received a response to.

Jammer, er zit geen lichtbron in!
De lamp in goede conditie ontvangen, was ook goed verpakt gelukkig.
LET OP: nergens staat duidelijk dat de lichtbron niet zit inbegrepen. Vergis je niet, deze lamp is ongeveer eur 35,- los zelf bij te kopen en komt dus bovenop de prijs van deze lamp. Wel beetje scheef in de aanschafprijs!!

Andlight is voor herhaling vatbaar!
Flowerpot lampen zijn in t echt nog mooier dan op de plaatjes. Prachtige lampen en hoge kwaliteit. Andlight heeft een mooie collectie lampen tegen concurrerende prijzen. Ondanks dat de verzending uit Denemarken gebeurt ontving ik de lampen al na 3 dagen. Bezorgdienst GLS is perfect. Vriendelijke bezorger die na aanbellen wacht tot de deur wordt geopend! Waar vind je dat nog? Kortom zeer positieve ervaring met Andlight!

Not just the price was friendly
Not only the price was friendly, but the service as well. When the dimmer failed, an email was sufficient to receive a replacement on our doorstep within 3 days.
