Uitstekende levering, matig product
Uitstekende levering, maar de kwaliteit van de Grupa Arigato lamp is matig. De lamp blijft niet op positie hangen. Inmiddels contact hierover opgenomen met Andlight.

Defective light not replaced, refund took over 1 year
Bought a light for about US$2,000 that turned out to be defective from Day 1 (around Jan 2022). Andlight agreed to send a replacement but after some weeks of correspondence fell off the grid. We never received a replacement and Andlight ceased responding to us from Oct 2022. Very bad experience.
Update: Finally managed to get through to Andlight almost a year after the original review was posted, via a helpful distributor in Singapore, and the refund was processed in Nov 2023.

I have looked into the matter and I do see that this has been a longer and difficult case, and I do apologize for this. I can see that there has been a lot of back and forth with the claim department and it ended with a refund in November 2023, as you said.
We would like to strongly emphasize that none of our customers should feel forgotten, and it is certainly not our wish that a case should not be treated with the highest priority. I can see that it has not been optimal in this case, and we would like to take responsibility for that.

Instelbaarheid werkt niet goed.
Lampjes zien er uit conform foto's, en mooie kwaliteit materiaal. Maar de instelbaarheid werkt niet. Ze wijzen of naar beneden of vooruit, op de schuine stand vallen ze weer naar beneden.

Happy met m’n Flowerpots
Helemaal blij met m’n Flowerpots(VP9 en VP3). Ik had ze binnen 3 dagen al in huis. Ze zaten netjes en stevig verpakt. Daarnaast ook nog eens gunstig geprijsd!(originele flowerpot!)

Mooie barkruk
Bij een ander bedrijf een barkruk besteld, na 21 dagen nog niets gehoord over een verzend datum.
Tot ik Andlight.nl tegen kwam, dezelfde barkruk besteld en 4 dagen later binnen.
Goede fijn service en snel binnen, wacht nu op mijn andere bestelde barkrukken, maar weet dat deze ook weer met zorg thuis bezorgd worden.
