I placed an order on 5 October 2025 and never received anything apart from a confirmation email. The seller mentioned family circumstances at the time, which I understood, but since then she has gone completely silent.
She no longer responds to any messages, the website has been taken offline, and even the email address no longer works. Meanwhile, she clearly had no problem taking my money.
Looking at other reviews here, I'm far from the only one in this situation. It's incredibly frustrating to see the same story repeated over and over. At some point, you have to call it what it is: taking payments for products you have no intention of shipping is theft.
Honestly, she probably couldn't care less about any of us at this point, which is an absolutely disgraceful way to treat people who trusted her with their money.
Avoid at all costs.

I mean, basically what everyone else is saying- made an order, paid for it, item Never came- no replies to email or instagram- can’t understand why the payment companies on site- clear pay etc are still working with them?

I have previously ordered from Another Fox in the past with no issues; however, my order from June still has not been received! I have contacted them multiple times via their email and also through shopify to no avail. I am unable to get my money refunded, and have contacted the Citizens Advice in regards to this.

This is completely vile way to treat your customers. Its also frustrating that orders are being sent which were made long after mines.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed my order FIVE months ago. They took my money and never sent the items. Looking on here it seems people have since started receiving late orders but for ones placed much after mine.

I'm so disappointed, I bought from them in the past, the quality was lovely hence why I purchased again. I'm not sure what's changed because there has been zero communications. I have emailed, called, DM'd. Nothing.

Ordered 2 pram suits at the beginning of October and have still not received them! Tried contacting them 3 times via email as there’s no number on their website. No response
Real shame as I’ve shopped with them before.

UPDATE 17/11: My order randomly arrived today after I requested the money back from my bank on Friday! Still zero contact.

I’ve ordered from Another Fox for a few years since my daughter was tiny. Had my second baby in the summer and last month received an email promoting sale stock. I loved their stuff so much for my daughter so ordered my son a pramsuit. Order placed 19/10 and still nothing. Sent emails 2 weeks later, nothing. Last Friday received an email saying it was on its way but even today (a week on) Royal Mail tracking says they’re expecting it. Hoping I can now claim the money back from my bank!

Same as other customers - I have ordered sooo many times from Another Fox over the years! I made an order (for 6-9 month pramsuit) well over a month ago and heard nothing. Have been emailing for 3 weeks - eventually asked for a refund because my son is now 9 months and has had a growth spurt (plus the weather turned and I couldn't wait any longer so ordered another pramsuit). They've ignored my email requesting refund and it's now been posted apparently. Still haven't received it - but it's useless now it will barely fit my son anymore. So have paid postage and will now have to cover return postage...although will likely not risk it as unlikely to see the money again. A real shame.

Always been aware of this brand and there lovely clothing pieces and just saw their collab with mamas and papas….
But where is my order ??!!!

Like all other comments, ordered item and never arrived. Have tried contacting via email, WhatsApp & phone and all ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Same as all the other reviews. I’ve paid £80 and haven’t received my order. Tried several times to contact by email with no success. Hopefully my bank will refund my money as I paid by credit card.

**Update** this has now been received. However it was ordered on the 5th October and it is now the 13th November and all my correspondence has been ignored.

Item ordered and paid for, and not received anything. They said give them extra time which I did because they had a sale on. Emailed them no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Messaged on Instagram, no reply. Emailed again and still no reply. Money taken and no item still a month later. I hadn't even thought to read reviews because I actually thought they were a legitimate company as they have done a collab with mamas and papas! Silly me. Hopefully the bank will be able to refund my money.

Wow I wish I read these reviews before ordering! What is going on?! This was my favourite kids brand, I have many of their items, including a pram! To just ignore customers emails is awful. I guess I will have to try and dispute the payment with my bank. How disappointing.

I’ve always loved Another Fox and have bought a lot from them in the past without any issues. However, a few weeks ago I received some promotional emails after months of no contact, and I decided to order several items from their advertised sale.

Unfortunately, I never received my order, got no communication from the company, and had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

I’ve also noticed that Another Fox has done a collaboration with Mamas & Papas, so I’ve contacted them to make them aware of what’s going on.
Long story short — I strongly advise against buying from the Another Fox website. They will take payment but never send the items.

Posted a review back in August about how my items never arrived and I done a charge back in the beginning of September and luckily got my money back from my bank
… anyways been living happily until I get an email from my bank 49DAYS AFTER the charge back that now another fox is challenging the charge back ? Girl you never sent me what I ordered 😂 why are you challenging it ? Please don’t cause me this stress. Honestly save your money and sanity don’t order from this company.

I purchased 4 items approx 4 weeks ago, payment taken via pay pal, order confirmation and then nothing.
No one replies to my emails or what’s app
I have paid for the goods but nothing has been shipped and cannot get hold of anyone.

Looks like the company may have gone bust? Ordered from here a few years ago no problem then made an order 3 weeks ago to have no dispatch email or response to 4 emails I have sent. The customer service WhatsApp doesn’t exist either.

Shocking experience from what use to be one of my favourite companies.

I’ve been buying from Another Fox since they opened - all 3 of my children have always been kitted out in Another Fox and we’ve really loved their clothes. There had been no new drop for quite a while, but I was so excited a few weeks ago to receive promotional emails from them saying they’d added some old stock and everything was reduced. Obviously I ordered, and a week later received an email to say the order had been dispatched. I’ve checked the tracking everyday since and it is still showing as the item is awaiting to enter the Royal Mail network, tracking will update when the sender has dropped it off. I thought there must be some genuine error, so have been emailing them without response. Today I checked trust pilot to find all of these reviews, where this situation has been happening for MONTHS. So I can only assume the promotional email I received was to try and scam people into spending more money, when they already haven’t been sending orders out for ages.

Another Fox, why have you decided to try and scam loyal customers this way? You’ve known full well that you had no intention of sending the orders out, yet you’ve gone out of your way to trick people into spending more money and then had the cheek to also turn your Instagram comments off?!

Seriously, what is wrong with you? There is no situation where this behaviour is acceptable.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The item I ordered was never dispatched, and despite numerous attempts to contact the company via email and telephone, I received no response. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased goods raises serious concerns regarding their business practices. Fortunately, Klarna intervened and resolved the matter by issuing a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging in any transactions with this company.
