Failed to ship order made beginning of august. Like everyone else it seems, money was taken from my account but the order was not fulfilled. No reply to emails, WhatsApp and Instagram. No update on shipping. Effectively they are just stealing money. In the end I could see it going nowhere so asked for a refund through my bank which thankfully they did. Wish I had read the reviews first before placing an order!

Bought two prams it's over a month ago, the payment went through but I haven't received anything at all.
I have tried to contact the company multiple times for a refund but haven't heard back.

Like so many others here I placed an order which never arrived. Tried contacting the company and heard nothing so managed to claim back the money through my bank. Terrible!

I placed an order with another fox and…
I placed an order with another fox and am still waiting for it to arrive. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have not received a single reply.
After looking on here I’ve found many other customers reporting the same experience, which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business.
I will be contacting Citizens Advice and reporting this to the relevant authorities. I strongly recommend avoiding this company until they can demonstrate they fulfil orders and communicate with their customers

do not buy
Please do not buy from here! Bought items & payment went through, item's never arrived. Patiently waited about 2-3 weeks as it did say please give them time during their sale period. But after 1 month of chasing through instagram, email & whatsapp I ended up doing a chargeback with my bank.
I could also see the profile picture for the company on whatsapp had changed so was literally being ignored...
