Very good experience

Very good experience. Not pushy, very helpful and nice coffee! Although I bought a Peugeot from elsewhere, I would nevertheless return here when looking.

Excellent Customer Service

I bought my Cupra Formentor from a different dealer. Its had a lot of problems and confidence was wearing thin. I took it to Arbury Solihull for diagnostics tests and from the very start they were great and very reassuring about getting the problem fixed. Special mention to Shannon Harrison kept me updated all the way through. She also arranged a courtesy car and explained process of the repair very clearly. It safe to say I have found a new home for my Cupra when I need one. I now feel a lot anxious about my purchase. Any future car purchases they would be my first call.

New car purchase

From the moment we sat down Luke was helpful and made the whole experience relaxed and fun.
Everything was explained and all questions answered honestly. There was no rushing through anything or railroading into decisions.

Dont Hide Issues

When will a dealer learn that when they don't answer a customer's question then said customer will know something being hidden about the car.

I asked why car had been sold then put back on for sale?

They replied with 'they can't respond with why customer hasn't purchased MOT insurance.'

I never even asked about insurance.

Read emails correctly.

First of all, I will state that you have never visited Arbury, Peugeot in Lichfield and have only been communicating with my dealership via email. We answered all your questions and queries in a timely manner; with the exception of one question which was in regard to why the car had gone back on sale - this was a genuine error on our part as we responded about the MOT insurance instead.
Due to the high volume of emails and questions you are referring to us, this was a simple error, for which we do apologise. You could have merely emailed us again rather than choosing to review us negatively on the Google platform.
I also noticed that you are posting a high number of 1 star Google reviews, many of which are directed at reputable motor dealers. This suggests you have no intention of purchasing a vehicle.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We were dealt with by Andy Parton, who was professional and really helpful in assisting us to buy our dream car. We felt no pressure to purchase and he ensured we were given all information before making the decision. He also went above and beyond to ensure that a dink was rectified in a timely manner prior to handover and made us feel at ease with being able to contact him with any issues after purchase. Very very thankful for a positive experience and would highly recommend arbury Peugeot Bromsgrove to anybody looking for a great car!

Fantastic service

Booked my car in as it had been knocking for a while. The technician James was very thorough and diagnosed the problem quickly. Was expecting a large bill but was pleasantly surprised by the cost and the how quickly they carried out the repair. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve got a mobility car via Peugeot…

I’ve got a mobility car via Peugeot Stourbridge & find out we haven’t got a compressor puncture kit so mobility told me to order 1 via Peugeot Stourbridge. So ordered 1 a week b4 Xmas never received it till feb 16th contacted then 3 times never ring me back after leaving message ? My car was booked in on the 16th feb & the garage never removed the spanner service light of dash so I contacted them via phone waiting half hour put the phone down on me 3 times & then on 4th time a lady picked phone up and just said bring back the next day . Come on guys sort your phones out just want to speak to a person not asking much ?? Can’t do enough 4u when u by a brand new car but customer service as bean shocking Peugeot Albury Stourbridge

Excellent customer service

We found Arbury by chance. We were looking online to see if we could view a Peugeot 2008 in black near to where we live as we were going to order a new one from our local dealer.
Arbury Nuneaton popped up with the exact model we wanted, pre-registered with only 4 miles on the clock, so was available to purchase straight away rather than the 6 month wait from Peugeot, and considerably cheaper, so a no- brainer.
As Nuneaton is a 2 1/2 hour drive away from where we live all the pre-purchase negotiations were done by telephone with the lovely Grace. She was extremely helpful from the start to finish.
On purchase day Arbury were really helpful especially again Grace who was very informative and thoroughly went through everything with us.
A shout out to the service department who made up some registration plates for us cheaper than Halfords.
We absolutely love our new Peugeot and thank you Arbury, well worth the drive. From a chance find online to a new car in 5 days.
We'll see you in a couple of years to trade up again.

Five star service throughout

Throughout my whole experience with Josh from start to finish was fantastic . He kept me up to date and had all the knowledge for any questions I asked. It was a lovely atmosphere in the show room very friendly staff and communication was great . It made the process very enjoyable and relaxing . I would highly recommend Nissan Arbury with Josh and his team
