Spent over £40K end of November on 2 Peugeot 208s , one GT and one Allure , phoned today to ask if they can adjust the headlights on the GT , no call back which they promised, so I phoned them again, they want the car for the WHOLE DAY to adjust the headlights 5 minute job , told me I could have a curtesy car for £25 , DISGRACEFUL NO. SERVICE FROM ARBURY BROMSGROVE, WE HAVE HAD YOUR MONEY SO TOUGH LUCK ATTITUDE, WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN, SHOCKING!!!!! Called a local independent garage they will do it for FREE as it only takes FIVE MINUTES , THATS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE , ARBURY BROMSGROVE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR LOOSE CUSTOMERS

I recently had a great experience working with Sam Tudor while purchasing my car. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Sam took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered honest advice without any pressure.
He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions clearly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

Excellent customer service. Very professional sales executive in the sales department. Answered all queries.
Staff in the parts department were outstanding. Needed some info on fitting a component and the member of staff researched and provided the relevant information.
The showroom is very tidy and the whole environment very appealing. Well done to the team Top Marks

Dealt with Luke with our purchase and 100% from the first call all the way to collection of the car and even when we had a small warranty issue it wasn’t a problem and soon resolved even with it also being a used car. It’s clear to see that Luke has a great team that all work hard together for the end result to be the best it can.

Josh was an absolute pleasure to meet at Arbury Leamington Spa. He arranged viewing of a vehicle at very short notice and nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgable on the car and was even so kind to pick my Partner up from the station. The car is fantastic and we would definitely recommend Arbury Leamington spa.

My car is a 10 month now 11 months Peugeot E 5008. Since delivered to the branch on the 11th of February I have struggled to get answers. It often takes days to reply. Even now having identified the problem they are struggling to order the correct part At my wits end. I have tried various routes including Peugeot customer care who have given some advice. I also phoned Aubrey leasing and was eventually put through via two switchboards to someone who promised the manager from the branch would phone me back. I received no call. Even at this stage I have no indication of when the car will be repaired. Customer service is a joke.

I bought my Cupra Formentor from a different dealer. Its had a lot of problems and confidence was wearing thin. I took it to Arbury Solihull for diagnostics tests and from the very start they were great and very reassuring about getting the problem fixed. Special mention to Shannon Harrison kept me updated all the way through. She also arranged a courtesy car and explained process of the repair very clearly. It safe to say I have found a new home for my Cupra when I need one. I now feel a lot anxious about my purchase. Any future car purchases they would be my first call.
