Good customer service, phone call chat with gentleman who explained how to accurately measure the side door to the garage. Delivery time was a bit longer than I had hoped, but quality of door on arrival was excellent. Price competitve to other quotes and delivery arrived as planned with a very helpful driver.

Samples sent out quickly, good price and superb quality. I had been quoted far more for the same doors. Fast turn around and a skilled fitter. All in all, the company has helped me to finish the front of my house brilliantly.

Matthew and the lady at Arridge Garage Doors were very helpful and easy to communicate with and Jamie’s crew who came to install the doors were fantastic; I really can’t speak highly enough of them, super guys and did a super job. Altogether, I’m very impressed with this company. Thank you all!

AGD called at my property to discuss a new project recently and whilst they were here I asked them to give an earlier job they'd done a quick service check. This is a double automated cedar wood door with a Hormann motor which has worked perfectly since the day the AGD guys installed it . To my amazement we realised that was 13 years ago !! Great quality products , neatly installed and service if you ever need it - you can't go wrong .

Firstly my existing door collapsed on me and left my garage unsecured, I phoned Mark and later that day he came to my rescue and made a temporary repair.
I was so greatfull, and had been meaning to get a new door arranged for ages and asked Mark to quote to supply and fit a new one. Three weeks later I now have a superb electric roller door, that enhances my property greatly. From start to finish it has been a hassle free experience, and Marks fitters must be complemented on the job carried out. One more thing great price also, so many thanks Arridge Garage doors 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

BE AWARE: If we could rate this company and the CEO (Mark) and his wife (Irina), less than one we would for professionalism, quality and installation. The most unreasonable attitude with no integrity of customer consideration - they are in it for the money!
Having ordered the door and side door in June 2021 with a promise of delivery within 8-10 weeks, we received them on 17th November having paid over £5000 in good faith, up front and in full. At no point, even after chasing did anyone proactively contact us to make us aware of potential delay….in November, they were still advertising delivery of the same doors in 8-10 weeks on their website!
When the doors arrived the quality was beyond amteur and had no resemblance to the pictures on Arridge Garage doors’ website or that of the manufacturer with significant gaps clearly visible on the external finish.
The installation was something you would see on ‘ROUGE BUILDERS’ - not water tight, over 20mm of silicon smeared over doors and Cotswold stone wall, not sealed under the threshold and packers visible externally - see attached photo.

Having raised these concerns, in addition to others, with the CEO Mark on the day of installation he was nothing but rude, aggressive, condescending and looking for ANY excuse to suggest that Arridge had no liability and in fact suggested we purchase new ones for an additional £5000! As a customer, and female, having Mark raise his voice to me in an intimidating and aggressive manner was stressful and shocking to the point I had to hand the phone to my husband - as a Professional HR Director, fully aware of the impact of adverse behavior on an individual, in 30 years of my career I have not been spoken to in this manner by any colleague, or indeed personal acquaintance.
At that point, having shared videos of the finish, quality of the doors, the installation and the fact they are not even water tight, having upfronted £5k Mark and his wife have done nothing but look fo all mitigations to the issues and have suggest the only options available is to change the colour of the silicon, raise a complaint to the manufacturer or purchase, at our cost, new doors.

Now in December, having purchased the product in June on not one occasion, even having making the suggestion, has any representative from Arridge Garage Doors made a site visit or shown any empathy of the situation - instead they have taken no accountability or responsibility for the situation of mis selling, false advertising, quality and or acceptance that the finished installation is acceptable.

The lack of professionalism and integrity to accept any liability or responsibility for any of the above, compounded by the £5000 upfront payment, is shocking at best - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. The attached photos speak for themselves, we encourage you to compare these to the pictures on their website and those of the manufacturer. You can not even leave a review on their website so how authentic are these reviews!

I wanted an old garage door replaced but wasn't sure which type or style to choose. Luke was very helpful, explaining different mechanisms and asking me the right questions about the garage use etc. I changed my mind from just replacing like for like and am very pleased with my new hinged doors, much better for me to undo than the up and over type. The fitters were equally good too. Thank you!

We had an old "up and over" garage door that my wife and daughter found difficult to raise due to 1) old age and 2) arthritis. We therefore purchased, from Arridge, an "up and over" door with integral "wicket door" and could not be more pleased with the quality and fitting (by Arridge recommended fitter).
I would highly recommend this Company for their complete and helpful service given us throughout the order processing and completion.

I wanted to replace an old garage door with a new, electric roller shutter. I did some research and decided I could have a go at installing it myself.

I then requested online quotes - most of the replies were very brief and didn't inspire confidence. Most failed to respond fully to my email queries.
I had liked the website, ethos and reply from Arridge Garage Doors from the start and when contacted a second time, they responded by matching my best quote without quibble.
Although I was willing to attempt the install myself, I'm no garage door expert so in an ideal world, I wanted a little advice and steers in the right direction even though I wasn't expecting much for the supply-only price I was paying.
Mark from Arridge took time to go through each and every word of my email, thoroughly checking my measurements and quizzing me on how I had arrived at them. It was obvious he was using his experience to build a mental image of my garage and ended by suggesting some slight size changes based on difficulties he had had with tight dimensions in the past.
I was concerned that a mistake in measuring would be my fault and there would be no getting out of it later but I was left 100% reassured that Mark had thought of everything.
The order went through, everything was sent to me for confirmation, follow-up emails were answered quickly and efficiently and delivery was made without issue.
It is rare to find this sort of unhurried and caring attention-to-detail, especially in a competitive world. Mark, Bob, Sheila and the rest of his staff deserve to be out ahead of their competition as they clearly provide a first-class service and go the extra mile.
They supply nationally and can arrange installation too if need be so I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new door.
I really appreciated feeling so reassured that my costly investment was in safe hands.
