I ordered Fort doors and am very pleased with the quality. Luke gave great assistance during the ordering process. Delivery time was 6 weeks though this was extended by 2 weeks.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great advice provided by Luke without any pressure. Survey found issues with the alignment of the garage structure, but this was allowed for in the planning and installation of the door. We are very happy with the result - a great improvement on our rotten wooden doors!

The estimator was very helpful in choosing the right type of door and the installer was very efficient and tidy

Why do I continue to use Arridge? Number one for me is the personal Service you get. Sadly lacking in todays society.
I mucked these Guys around several times but they didn't seem to mind at all !
It goes a long way for me rather than penny pinching here and there which always comes round to bite you back!

First class company with excellent staff. Initial survey carried out by a very experienced representative, answered all our queries regarding installation and designs. Absolutely no pushing for sales whatsoever.
We had a long delay due to a hold up by another company who were replacing the garage roof, however once given the go Arridge were on site within the week in the shape of two experienced engineers who completed the installation to a very high standard.
No mess, no hassle. Highly recommend this company.

After doing a lot of research online and talking to different people, we chose Arridge for the new door for our internal garage. Had a chat on the phone then they came to visit and talked us through the options. No pressure, just friendly and extremely helpful. We settled on an automated sectional garage door in bespoke Chartwell Green - to match our new front door.

Well, the team installed the door not long after and we're delighted with it! Superb quality, matches our front door perfectly and everything finished to a very high standard. The two lads did a thoroughly professional job installing it and everyone at Arridge, from sales to support, was great too.

A new garage door is an important investment and it's not an exaggeration to say our new door has only transformed the internal space but also the front of our house. Really attractive now.

In addition we've noticed a significant improvement with the ambient temperature and weather proofing, which was a major factor for us.

Mark and Luke were fantastic through out the whole process. They made sure I got the right product in the right format for what was essentially a custom build. There were some delays along the way (these things happen) but this was all communicated to me and came from the door manufactures end, not Arridge.
They arranged a great couple of guys to install, who were very professional. They look fantastic and there attention to detail to ensure I got the right product is much appreciated.
