They wont send me my ncd, i have sent them 5 emails all be blanked and ignored, on the phone they are full of lies saying they will get back to me and blah blah but never do im now in risk of my new insuring being canclled because these guys cant do their job probably, currently nearly 20 days!!! without my ncd id!iots seriously
Would give 0 stars if possible. On the phone from 4 for 1 and half hours and cut me off just at 5:30. Man said “one sec” and then put the automated “we are closed” message on. My advice would be stay away. Worst insurance company I’ve ever been with
They get worse. You pay your insurance through this broker, AutoSaint, but their insures are none customer facing. Therefore you can never speak to your insurer. AutoSaint will tell you nothing is their responsibility. If you have an accident you have no option but to go through a no win no fee solicitor who then deducts fees from you. So this begs the question what do you pay the insurance for because it’s not to deal with a claim.
Car written off almost two months ago. No car since. Taken away. Still no payment for vehicle.
Their fees are verging on criminal. £65 to change an address. That is simply to press the keys. Not including any additional premium from your new address. £65 to change vehicles. £185 to have a black box fitted.
Direct Debits are never taken on time agreed therefore a £35 fee is added.
Additional miles are forced upon you before your agreed miles expire. If not purchased policy cancelled unless you can speak to someone.
In two days we spent no less than 6 HOURS on the phone waiting to get through. At a cost of £40 for extra phone minutes.
They often hang up once you are through.
Waited so long that we had to buy additional temporary insurance to be able to drive as we could not change vehicle details.
Advisors are rude. I have no idea how this broker and it’s associated parties are still operating

I fitted my black box 3 days before the 14 days ended, my dad who was insured drove the car etc after fitting the box. I then got a email that if my black box was not fitted by the 29th my insurance would be cancelled. Bare in mind the black box was fitted and the 29th was the 14th day and I had email proof stating I can fit before and on the 29th.
I was very stressed in Turkey trying to get this sorted and ended up cancelling the policy myself as a new driver having this cancelled by the insurance would sky rocket my insurance. I have requested to be refunded my full deposit and they have refuse, but I was provided a faulty black box and they was about to break the agreement and cancel within the 14 days to fit the black box which is the 14 day cooling period.
I did read reviews and thought it was the cheapest one it should be decent but I was wrong, this is going on since September and had no look. They keep avoiding the real question about the faulty black box and the fact they broke the agreement, it keeps being turned back on me.
I am with a new insurance and so much better, avoid these, they are not worth the time or money. I am also in debt as I had to borrow money for a new front payment on a new insurance due to these refusing to refund the £400.
I’m only giving 1 star as no option for a zero! Shocking company. First my daughter took this insurance out in August last year. After 3 weeks they informed her they were cancelling it as she was dishonest not disclosing 2 claims. She has never had a claim! After how many hours on the phone they ammened the error, no apology for getting her details mixed up with her twin sister!! I had to call her twins insurance to clarify the accidents were hers! Fast forward she’s just bought a new car & whilst we knew there would be a price hike they have took the absolute mick!! They charged her £65 admin, £170 for a new black box when she already has one but apparently it’s not compatible, plus her instalments have increased to £86 a month! Now when you go on price comparisons quotes range from £57!! What a joke company. Will be sending all my grievances to the insurance ombudsman & will not be renewing nor would I recommend
Do not use this company. Absolutely impossible to get hold of their so called 'Customer Service' department. We have now been charged an additional £260 by my daughter's new insurance company for not providing proof of her no claims discount within a reasonable time frame despite asking for this for over a month now. Their customer service department does not answer their phones and emails are ignored so I dread to think how they would be if you actually needed to make a claim.
The worst customers service ever they never answer. I have called 10 times in a week every time waited for more than 45 minutes no answer.
Would Be a 0 star rating if I could, they send emails telling you to get in contact but don’t answer the phone, when I have attempted to email them it’s taken weeks to get back to me, AVOID!!! Worst insurance company I’ve ever been with, will definitely not be using them again!
They will spam you with messages and emails saying please contact us immediately but when you try to contact them there is no answer and they have you on hold until they shut, it is impossible to get into contact with them

Im an existing customer with autosaint right now. Waited 2 hours on the phone just to get disconnected. Emailed them but with no reply. The black box (More like Random score generator) is simply a joke specially to new young drivers like me, was driving through tunnels multiple times and driving scores plummeted due to their faulty gps ...even got an email threatening to cancel policy.
AVOID AT ALL COST. I AM CANCELING THE POLICY WITH 8 MONTHS AHEAD AFTER BEING SICK OF THE POOR SERVICES AND ATTITUDE THEY OFFERED.
Worst insurance company i have been with I crashed my car on the 4th January this year and the didn’t even come and recover my car when I phoned them so I have to pay out my on pocket, the costumer service was terrible and the didn’t help what so ever, then I cancelled my insurance with them and they are still trying to take monthly payments off me, if you are gonna get insurance with them a highly recommended to go somewhere els as u will get better service.

Been trying since Beginning of December to get hold of them but no one answers sat on the phone hours at a time ... my son sometimes works nights and wanting to let them know he will be driving on the odd sat night to get to and from work and can’t notify them if they come with demands I will be taking them to court
Was with this company for 2 years, no issues until I wanted to remove my box...
£80 for a removal fee... no chance, they prey on young drivers and it’s disgusting, no point in trying by to contact customer service as I was on hold for nearly 20 mins... it’s a joke...
I called customer service several times over the course of 10 days- waited for at least 1 hour each time only to be hung up on. I emailed them 10 times minimum- each time their response was “we will look into it”. It was only to get my NCB proof. I finally got a hold of them on their sales department number and asked the person to file an official complain. The woman on the phone said that it would be escalated to the manager and the first agent to be free would call me back. I received a call the same evening and I got the document within the next two days- bare in mind that I had been calling and emailing them for 10 days or more. This helped me and I hope it helps others too. But yea, avoid at all cost!
Without a doubt the worst insurance provider out there. Customer service cant/won't do anything to help (that's if you can get through to them) had a cover for 6 months and tried to phone maybe 5 times in that space of time. Today they broke a record by answering my call in lightening fast 53 minutes and 34 seconds. (The other 4 times I phoned were longer waiting times) so, yeah. I'd say avoid this lot. Even with the cheap insurance and breakdown cover. If you break down you'll be waiting about 5 hours by the time you get through and your recovery lorry arrives.
Still waiting for proof on NCD to come through weeks after requesting it, now my new insurer is getting impatient for it and may remove the discount!
They don't even provide the details with your renewal quote, as is standard elsewhere.
AVOID!!!! they are the worst insurance company I didn’t renew my insurance with them and have tried numerous times calling( on hold for hours) emails etc to claim my NCB for my new insurance company but as I can’t get through to them I could have my new policy cancelled!!! Will happily take your money but not answer their phones!! 1 star is way to much
