Ordered a size 10 dress
Ordered a size 10 dress. Waited ages for it. When it arrived it was nearer a size 20. Offered me a new dress in size I had ordered ir larger!! To return would cost £14.95 to America. Offered a 15% refund and to keep dress. Dreadful company. Think carefully if you are going to use them.

I ordered a dress for a wedding
I ordered a dress for a wedding, checked sizes and ordered correct size. When the dress arrived it would not fit the size stated. I emailed customer services requesting a refund. They then said that they would send a replacement item for £14.99. My response was that I did not want the dress and per my Consumer Rights and the refund policy on their web, I wished a full refund. Radio silence. I would not order from this company again.

This is basically another Shein!
This is basically another Shein. The website and pictures give the impression it’s a lovely little boutique in Brighton. It couldn’t be further from the truth. The dress I ordered looks beautiful on the website, in the sale down from £119.95 to £34, bargain right? Nope, it’s poor quality cotton, badly fitting and looks cheap and they have definitely edited the picture to make the dress look more expensive. If I had paid the original price I would be fuming! You can buy better quality dresses in Primark for less. If I had known it was coming from china I wouldn’t have ordered it. The customer service is very responsive and there are regular updates but it’s all automated and I suspect AI. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company, unfortunately the saying ‘if it looks to good to be true, it probably is’ comes to mind.
