Amazing service and customer support
I bought an eSIM from BaliEasy and I couldn't be more satisfied. I had doubts both before and after the purchase, and the BaliEasy team was always ready and available to answer all my questions. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number; you just write to them and they respond within seconds. They went the extra-mile for me to ensure I had a smooth and working service. The eSIM is very easy to activate, and for any issues, the team is there to help. Plus, their prices and packages are incredibly competitive compared to other eSIMs I found. I can't recommend them enough. Great job!

Excellent service will purchase sim when I go back to Bali
I was heading to Bali and decided to give this company a go even though its only launched 8 months ago - I took a punt and was not disappointed.
I can confirm service worked well and customer service was excellent in providing support when I landed for initial connection.

Travelling to Bali with family of 4
I travelled to Bali with my family, I purchased an eSIM from BaliEasy to see how 'easy' it was, and the Team at BaliEasy were super helpful and quite fast to respond via WhatsApp. I had my eSIM up and running within an hour and was so happy with the service and value of the offer that I purchased 3 more for my family members.
You need to provide some details during the registration process to validate the user and ensure the purchase is legitimate. However, if you follow the steps, it is very easy to complete.
I'll buy from BaliEasy again on my next visit, no questions.

My worries were allayed BaliEasy provides a great service
I purchased 2 Telkonsel eSIMs from BaliEasy a couple of months before I left for Bali. I was a bit trepidations because I have a couple of issues with pre purchased Telkomsel SIM cards previously. The eSIMs arrived 3 days prior as promised so I filled the required form which you are taken step by step through and sent them off and not long after the eSIMs appeared on our phones. On our arrival into Denpasar my sim was functional but my partners was not. Disappointed I contacted BaliEasy and it was a simple matter of turning the flight mode on and back off after 10 seconds all good. Coverage so far is and consistent. I contacted BaliEasy a couple of times prior to receiving the eSIMs and they always replied promptly in a courteous and helpful manner and were eager to help. BaliEasy will be my go to for Bali Sims from now on. I thoroughly recommend them from my experiences.
