Bought a tourist eSIM for my traveling in Indonesia and it’s great! The customerservice over WhatsApp is really fast and helpful. It has a very clear step-by-step guide on how to install the esim. Coverage is great and good price! Would highly recommend this

We would also like to kindly clarify that a full refund was processed for you before the review was posted, even though our policy normally allows only a partial refund in such cases.

3 esims ordered and delivered without any problems
I had ordered 3 esims for Bali from India. I got immediate response for KYC. After completion of KYC, we received the eSIM QR codes 24 hours before travel. The e-sim got set up easily. Further I ordered talk time and sent WhatsApp to them with order number to add to the number received and received immediate response of addition to the number. Way to go guys. This was one of the best experiences I have had.

Was struggling to get a sim after landing in Bali and found these guys online. My esim got activated right away and the price is way cheaper than any local sims from the marts etc.
