I had an appointment to look into a trip and I was extremely well looked after by Greg. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Mark was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, replied very quickly, and helped me find exactly what I wanted for my holiday. Everything was done fast and smoothly, and he offered great prices too.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. Dylan guided us through our the process and he was very understanding. I had plenty of questions as it was my first trip, but Dylan made it very easy and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing communication and service by Jessica and Austin .. from when I first contacted them to the final completion of my 12night holiday. They went above and beyond with my request and a few back and forth changes to the booking. Would 100% book again with both Jessica and Austin in the future. messaged regarding a holiday to Thailand and spoke with Russel. Russel was very quick to respond to me with details and good price for my holida Russel was very knowledgeable, not pushy and very pleasant. Unfortunately my husband changed his mind about destination so I didn't book the holiday. I will not hesitate to deal with Russel in future. His customer service was 100%.

Misleading prices, over £600 more than the advertised price. All a con to get your details. Natasha then begs for reviews despite not being able to deliver the holiday. Steer well clear.

We would like to clarify that the advertised lead price was clearly stated as being valid only for selected travel dates between November and February, as mentioned in the offer’s terms and conditions. The travel dates you requested for the end of March fall during Japan’s peak cherry blossom season, when flight and hotel prices are significantly higher. Therefore, the advertised lead price from Manchester Airport could not be honoured for those dates.
We always aim to provide transparent pricing based on the requested travel period and live availability at the time of enquiry. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best with your future travel plans. 😊

The agents were always very prompt in getting back to me and had all the answers that I needed. Dylan particularly was extremely calm and patient with me when trying to sort things with my friend who in the end bowed out of the trip. He is an excellent travel agent!!
