Richard gave me all the relevant details in a good time frame. Nothing wrong with the service at all. We just found the holiday cheaper elsewhere.

We were given fantastic advice and a very good quote for Jan 27 but unfortunately unable to go ahead at this time. Dylan was brilliant, took all our requests on board and drew up a fab itinerary, he was super friendly, efficient, polite, friendly yet professional. Will certainly be calling on him when we’re ready for our next trip.

Last October I contacted Bayfinch Holidays to book a holiday for me & my husband to Malaysia, Singapore & Bali. Austin prepared a package with all Airport transfers, flights & hotels included but we requested him to upgrade the Villa in Bali to 5* which he did and we booked the holiday. He asked for a deposit which we paid.
We were due to fly on 23 March but unfortunately the US & Iran war started and Qatar Airways suspended all the flights to UAE which meant we either had to cancel the holiday or postpone. We would lose money and after discussion with Austen he advised us to wait till 18 Feburary.to make a decision. We contacted him and that time Emirates Airways had resumed some flights to UAE so he advised us to book on a flight on the same day 23 March instead.
He booked us on the Emirates flight without incurring extra payment because Bayfinch would apply for a refund from Qatar Airways later He also changed our Airport transfer time.
We thoughrly enjoyed our holiday and all the hotels were super.
Austin is a very knowledgeable Travel Consultant. Adam was very helpful when Austin was off.
I highly recommend Bayfinch holidays especially Austin who is now a good friend.

The junior travel advisor (Greg) helped with my quote for a potential holiday to Thailand for my family of 4. The whole process was so simple and quick. Greg was very helpful and communication was very simple. We will definitely booking a trip in the not too distant future.

Richard whom helped me throw the booking of my holiday. Was not just very helpful, but all so very keen to find me exactly what I was looking for . 5 islands in Thailand but alas 21 nights with quite hotels close to the beach ⛱️. Greg at Bayfinch holidays has been extremely helpful and made my booking for my 5 year old and myself a pleasure not only did he get us the best price he also noticed I was travelling with my 5 year old he changed our flights so that we were not waiting in the airport and he made sure I didn’t have to deal with our luggage.
