Scammed me out of £600+ Reported them to my bank and eventually got a refund

Your response is laughable. The only accuracy is the date of the order! We placed our order with delivery date of 2-3 weeks. This passed with no communication from yourselves and all efforts to get in contact with you failed, the phone number on the website didn't work, we found another but no one spoke when answered. Emails went unanswered and you even blocked me from Facebook when I asked for someone to get in touch!
My only option was to open a fraud ticket with my credit card company and when we emailed to warn you the my money was refunded.
We never at any point did i chage the delivery address or recieve any communication from yourselves.
Your version of events is either a total fabrication or you have me confused with another disgruntled customer??

I absolutely love this bed!!! Looks great when set up. I got it in grey naples and a king size.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I ordered our bed and it arrived within the time they said. The bed looks absolutely beautiful and is high quality. Customer services were fantastic and I would highly recommend Bed Hive.

Absolutely fantastic service received from bed hive. Our bed was delivered to us within 9 days and it is absolutely beautiful! Assembly was pretty straight forward and I did it all by myself within an hour. Very happy with my purchase and will be recommending to all.

Gorgeous bed! Chuffed to bits. The delivery was faster than I had anticipated it to be which was great. The bed is really easy to assemble and hardly takes around 30 40 mins. Would definitely recommend bed hive to everyone.

I had a really amazing experience with this company. I had a couple of questions which were promptly answered and was given all the help I needed to choose my new bed. The delivery was quick and earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The bed looks wayyyyy better in person. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Very happy with the quality, design and the service we received from bed hive. Prompt delivery of our swatches which was really helpful in choosing the right color for our bedroom scheme. The bed is absolutely beautiful and was so easy to set up just by myself.

The bed was of a poor quality. Definitely not worth over £800 so sent back. The customer service from Paula has been terrible and she has resorted to blocking my email address! How professional is that. Will never recommend or order from again. You have neen warned. ☆ your reponse to my review is completely untrue?! You must have mistaken my complaint for another customers. I accept your apology though. ☆☆maybe instead of worrying about updating your response to my HONEST review, you should take more time to train your staff and reply to your other unhappy customers?! Yes the end result is beautiful - BUT I have been plagued with issues and there are a number of things to be aware of:
1. Customer service - emails don’t get replied to and the phone number goes to a generic O2 voicemail. No call backs.
2. The bed will be delivered by a courier, not a delivery service. Yes this is in the small print, but I bet you didn’t read that did you? It states that the courier will not take the parts further than your front door, and you may be asked to help unload the items off the lorry.
3. I wasn’t made aware of a delivery slot until the courier called me (fortunately!) to say they were an hour away. I had not been given a delivery day, let alone time, and had to leave work early to make it home in time to receive to the delivery.
4. The bed actually wasn’t made correctly. We had to get a handyman out to fix it in order to put it together (this was at the suggestion of Bedhive after a number o calls and emails and they offered to foot the bill, which they have yet to do).
5. One of the parts still doesn’t fit, and I’m yet to get an answer on how to resolve this.
6.The orthopaedic mattress is far more bouncy than you’d expect, but a perfectly comfortable night’s sleep.

By the look of all the good reviews, it looks like I was unlucky. But what you want when something goes wrong is a response and a fix.

This company is truly let down by communication issues.

Received my bed today and it is made to a high standard at a reasonable price. I did take sometime to choose the color and fabric as I wanted to make the correct choice and it does match everything in my bedroom. The delivery team were great and did a wonderful job. Will certainly buy from them again.

After deciding to redo our bedroom we settled on Bed hive. Customer service was excellent.
The bed is worth every penny spent and excellent value for money. Solid, beautiful and sturdy.
Exceptional quality and great service. Would definitely buy from them again.

I cannot praise this company enough. I bought largo designer bed. Excellent quality and equally good mattress. Wonderful service!! Couldn't ask for more.

Ordered the Esty Chesterfield bed in King size. Great communication throughout. Was delivered in the time given. All packages were brilliantly packed and no damage. Bed frame was easy to assemble and was set up in no time. Looks extremely beautiful and is of excellent quality. Very happy with the purchase and would use again.

Absolutely love this bed. It came super fast and looks just like pictures. Goes perfect for the look I'm trying to go for. Great quality too.

Wrong bed sent, very poor quality not anything like the website picture at all. I have asked for a refund and 3 weeks later the bed is still sat in my Living room and no sign as yet of a date for collection or refund. Shocking- beware
