Bellap 

As per previous reviews I too ordered a product via Wowcher after watching an article on daytime tv. I foolishly thought if they were being promoted on tv they would be ok to use . Ordered product November with a delivery date of on or before 29 Nov , this was to be a Xmas present . After many emails I finally received a response on 12 December advising of a delay but confirming it would definitely be delivered in time for xmas. I received nothing ! I have sent several more emails that have not been responded to, just completely ignored . Wowcher are impossible to contact and on checking Wowcher account it shows voucher redeemed , of course it is I used it for Bellap product , plus postage paid on top. Wowcher site also says any issues are not with them but to contact seller direct, very convenient. Bellap.co.uk is a sham company and I would say avoid at all costs as it’s highly unlikely you’ll receive anything despite paying your hard earned cash. Shame on you Bellap

This company is dreadful. DO NOT USE. Order placed 2 months ago for Xmas, not received. Only had 1 response to my multiple enquiries. Ordered through Wowcher who are impossible to get hold of.

If I could have left no stars I would have! I ordered something in November 2023 and have still not received it. After numerous emails still nothing no item no refund. Do not buy from this company. Am looking into trading standards route.

Would give zero if it was an option. Redeemed a wowcher (x2) back in November, items never received. Emailed several times - no contact from company at all. No other contact details available.
Noticed company title is Bellap - DO NOT TRADE? Have they gone bust? If so why are wowcher still selling and promoting them! Unbelievable! I’ll be sending on to trading standards.

Should have read reviews first. I ordered Bluetooth eyemask with wowcher never received the item and they are not responding to emails!!! Scam!! Do not buy from them!!

Awful item ordered 3 weeks ago. No tracking confirmation or anything and nothing has turned up 3 weeks later. SCAM!! AVOID!!

Terrible in every way. From the lousy product they sell to their non-existent customer service.

Would give a zero, ordered a wireless charger through Wowcher but received some knock off apple watch. Emailed the company but no response or refund.

Ordered two Xbox one controllers from Wowcher, say you have to get in touch with bellap ltd. Because they haven't arrived yet get. Lost all tracking. Never from Wowcher again. Just want my money back... No-one seems to help... SCAMMERS

J'ai commandé 12 paires de chaussettes pour mes filles au mois de mai 2023. Je les attends toujours et nous sommes au mois de juillet. Groupon me dit qu 'il faut leur écrire pour le remboursement vu que je n'ai pas reçu les chaussettes. Pas de mail pour demander le remboursement. J'aurai dû regarder les commentaires. Par contre, je suis très déçu de groupon qui envoie toujours des mails où ne peut pas répondre et me renvoie la balle, c'est débrouille toi. Je crois que je n'aurai pas de remboursement. Je me désactive de groupon. Je ne veux plus faire affaire avec eux. C'est vraiment dommage.

Battery doesnt last. Complete waste of time

Wish i took l a look at some of these reviews on this smart watch. I can't even get it to turn on. I've one word for it.... Rubbish!

If I could give them 0 I would. I ordered a Smart Watch came with no instruction, trying to set the date and time impossible as the number are very tiny. the strap on the watch is very hard. Customer service is awful I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay for the return package. Luckily I paid with Paypal, I complained and got my money back AVOID AVOID

Been waiting six weeks for my order. Tried contacting them through email, constantly get sent the same response. Don't buy from them.

I brought this as an add-on from Wowcher when buying something else. I wouldn't pay a penny for it let alone £6.99 there is absolutely no way this was £40 its the biggest piece of rubbish I've ever brought. My mistake but hope others donetwaste their money too ! Absolute junk.
