Bellap 

Ordered cov-19 facemasks on Aug 6 via Wowcher. They have not arrived as of Sept 13. This company CEO Ms Howes is a suspected fraudster. My AVG virus scanner states on attempting to open Bellap's site "infected with a cardreader trojan" Wowcher only offers alternative purchase deal

Was fairly Scepticle of ordering after seeing some of the reviews on here, but having seen 11 bad reviews after the company had sold over 23,000 of their scratch board things i though i would give them a try. Turned up after about 4 days and kids are happy so cant complain!

I ordered a Smart Watch, arrived within 2days of ordering, great product & price. Would recommend to anyone.

How can this company still be trading ? They accept your money but don’t deliver the goods. They have a system of diverting your emails to spam and they have no contact phone number so you are unable to get in touch to complain. They are nothing but fraudsters.

Ordered an item through Livingsocial.ie (operated by Wowcher) and item never arrived. I contacted the merchant and they said it's in the post. Still never arrived. Tried to email the merchant again and emails bounced back. Tried to visit the merchant's website and submit a request but the form said "error". These are a scam and Wowcher are selling the vouchers on their platform, yet taking no responsibility for their non-existence.
I will be reporting both to the consumer authrorites.

Ordered item on living social and never received.

I placed an order through Wowcher to this company 4 weeks ago now , my item which was supposed to be a Birthday present for my son, well it has not arrived...I also have tried emailing them and it returns all emails as spam !! You cannot get in touch with them at all ....so disappointed I've parted with good money for nothing , so please save yourself the hassle and order nothing from these people , they are just rip off , scam merchants ....my advice, avoid at all costs .

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks now (ordered from wowcher) still haven't got anything. Emails are coming back as not deliverable. i paid for two orders.

although it was a bargin, I still want my money back.

I will be reporting to trading standard due to the waiting time on the items I have ordered from wowcher which the items apparently are from bellap , what a load of s*** this company are , still waiting on a delivery past its date by about a week almost , one very p***** off customer who will never be using wowcher or bellap again , hope the company goes bust :)

Order items from bellap. Still not recieved tried to contact them but email says it spam. I contacted wowcher but they cant help me absolutely disgusting. Will never use wowcher or bellap again!!!!!

I ordered an item from them, item should of arrived by 17th February, tried emailing them several times, emails being rejected as spam!
Can't find a phone number tried google multiple addresses. May contact trading standards today.
Certainly won't be ordering anything else.

Ordered something and was told it would arrive 27/12/2019 emailed them and said it should arrive by 06/01/2019 it came on 03/01/2019 but I needed it for NYE. Then was told I had to pay to send it back. Why should I pay for their mistakes.

I ordered from this company via Wowcher.Excellent price for a childs scratch board.

Guaranteed to be delivered for 18th December it hadn't arrived so on 20th I wrote to them asking where it was?

No explanation in the reply.Just a 'guarantee' it would be here for Christmas.

Guess what? 27th and still waiting.Sent two emails asking what happened and got two replies asking if the item had arrived.I'm guessing that's someone having a laugh because the emails were neither professional or customer service.

I'd stay well away from Bellap.co.uk now matter how good the deal seems on screen.
