Bellap 

After reading reviews I was abit worried about what I bought but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The ps4 controller works great, I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivery was quick, it was only took about 3 working days to deliver to Northern Ireland. However they get a star removed for 2 reasons. 1, the deliver company they use are terrible. I don't know who they use as I never got a chance to see them but they left the controller sitting at my front door for anyone to lift in the pouring rain. They didn't knock the door, not even an email saying it was out for delivery, absolutely nothing. I found It when I arrived home at 11.30pm, disgrace. Secondly whenever you buy the controller off wowcher I think it should mention about the delivery. You buy the product but when you go to redeem it you then get forwarded to Bellap's website to then pay £5 delivery. Surely this should be included in the price on wowcher. I'm happy with my purchase but due to delivery i probably won't buy again.

Bought PS4 controller through wowcher for £24.99 and its a cheap knock off which doesn't work properly. Won't charge and thumb stick is off alignment. Contacted for refund and they asked me to sent videos to prove!! That's pretty much impossible, but tried and wouldn't allow me to send due to file size. They then ignored all of my emails. Disgraceful service and scam artists with no morels. Anyone should avoid like the plague. Scum!!

Back again just to review this scam of a company. Advertising fake items as genuine, absolute disgrace.

Just received my sons ps4 remote absolutely disgusting doesnt work no box nothing wowcher should be banned

I purchased a fitness tracker from this company it arrived on the 02/04/2022 it’s been on charge since it arrived and is as dead as the poor old dodo, this item will be in the post on Monday and on it’s way back to the company, wish I had read the reviews, never again.

I did finally receive my two bluetooth eye masks but received no communication from Bellap and looking down at the other reviews I realised that I too was charged extra for p&p even though the deal through Wowcher was just one payment for p&p never again I am removing my Wowcher app

Ordered a smart watch/fitness tracker through WOWCHER. Received an item that does not work and was supplied with no charger so I can't even charge it! Not sure who the biggest scammers are, Bellap or Wowcher??

I was worried when I read the reviews as I had ordered two items through Wowcher saying this company were scammers. I e-mailed the company to ask if there was any progress and got a lovely reply, later that day the items actually arrived a week early and when I let them know they sent me a nice e Mail thanking me for letting them know. One pad was switched on and they have promised to try and find me a spare battery too.

Beware scammers book through Wowcher several items never received any trued contacting bellap and Wowcher no response I have reported to Facebook still waiting for reply I am a pensioner buying for grandchildren for Christmas only buying online because am disabled don’t buy anything yo will not receive it they will take your money

UPDATE! bellap have replied to me today and have been really helpful regarding my issues. I will be returning the item for a refund. Ordered the smart watch, wish I'd done my research first! Doesn't accept a sim, no qr code, no instructions! Absolutely useless!

I ordered a fitness tracker for my wife. When it arrived, the box was damaged and tatty, as if it been sent out before. The tracker did not work, and was supplied without a charger. Useless. I have returned the item with a covering letter, but have not heard back. I wish i had read the reviews first! Time to call Trading Standards i think!

I found it bulky and uncomfortable to wear for myself, but problem is I am unable to find out how to return and get refund from either WOWCHER or BELLAP.

Don't ever buy anything from them, they are scammers! My product was not delivered and they are asking me to sort the issue out myself. They don't f....g care about their customers!

I ordered a hd camera smart watch and it still hasn't arrived there's not contact number or any thing for them at all stay clear there scammers

Bought two got one which doesn't even charge stay clear

Just received this absoloute pile of rubbish u can't actually do anything with the watch with a sim card so pointless and if it's paired to my phone I can't receive any calls also warning against downloading the file to set the watch up as harmful file so all it is now is a plain old watch I have now contacted wowcher via WhatsApp at my disgust that they endorse such a company

I have been visiting a very sick child in hospital that mite not be able to leave and we was looking through stuff and said I really want one off them watches so I ordered one for now it as been 41 days waiting for this item to be delivered it is 41 days late this child as been hand picked so she doesn't receive any gift people who order after me as received there's this as got to be the most sickest act I've seen in over 40years

I paid for 2 smart watch but only one was delivered.
