Bellap 

This organisation are scammers I bought a smart watch which does not charge or work it is a piece of crap . There is no way to contact Bellap as their website and email given by Wowcher (also scammers ) does not exist ergo no way to resolve this . I know that I am not the only one to suffer this piece of garbage. Someone from either organisation had better contact me as neither Wowcher or Bellap are above the law and trading regulations. If I hear nothing in the next 24 hours I will contact both the police and trading standards. I have noted that Trustpilot has offered me an opportunity to contact Bellap on the email address that does not exist ???

l bought a wowcher smartwatch and states sync via app via QR code.....no QR code in sight.....how can u use it without this...where can l find this QR code....you can't get in touch with Bella as questions can't be submitted and no number....ridiculous. Got it for my 84 year old dad for his birthday.....bloody useless!!

Ordered two parcels. Only one has arrived and I have to pay additional fees to receive the other parcel although I've paid full postage for both items in the first place. Product has been on removed from the box at some point as the protective covering on the screen is scratched to hell.
Wish I had read other reviews. This company is only out to rob from people do not use!!!

Bought a smart watch from them through
Wowcher which arrived in good time but it won’t charge and there is no way to communicate with these people what a waste of time. I bought this for my granddaughter who now is very disappointed.
Wowcher needs to stop then trading through them otherwise they are going to get a bad name

Ordered a smart watch, was supposed to arrive on 27.01.2021. Still waiting. Guess what I have read in these reviews is true. A rip off.

Shocking!! Scammers!!

Ordered a KIds LED writing pad as a xmas gift. Due delivery Date 09/12/2020 it was never received. I have tried several times to contact them via their website, but the messgae never sends stating unable to submit your request please try again later. Which you do, only to get the same response. I am now of the same opinion of eveyone else that they are scammers and WOWCHER should accept responsiblity and not tarnish their own reputation in the same manner. Does Wowcher not check the integrity of companies for whom they are advertisisng their goods. SHAME ON YOU WOWCHER . MORE SHAME ON BELLAP. PS THE DO NOT DESERVE ANY STAR RATING BUT YOU HAD TO ENTER ONE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

Nice Watch arrived in time however, The Instructions are useless!! badly translated and there is no indication as to where and how parts go This is a real bugbear when selling a product please take the time to ensure instructions are clear and translated in a decent manner.

Not delivered! Cannot contact either of them. Wowcher says contact Bellap, Bellap website not available! Now got to try and find another for my husband for Christmas.

I ordered a tablet on wowchar was suppose to receive it on 9th and it hasn't come what a surprise with these reviews send my item or refund plz

Bought 3 digital writing pads for my nieces still awaiting delivery, e mailed company, email bounced back as spam. Contacted wowcher who emailed bellap.i got email back to say items are dispatched...still waiting.after reading all the other reviews I dont hold out much hope of receiving items.

If I could of put up no star at all I would of!!
Bellap have done me out of a present for my grandson this year and can't get in touch with anyone about it and Bellap have bounced my email too..... wowcher should be held responsible for these scam artists as it is not fair so many people have lost money..
I hate to think how rich Bellap have become with all our cash....... someone should take this and shame them on national TV

I to am waiting for a digital drawing pad for our grandson from living social
bellap ltd I was told would be delivered on the 9th Dec still waiting I have used both email addresses given on living social and each time it bounces back and even using watts app living social I have been on it for two days I'm told every so often you are now connected to an agent who says Sorry for the delay some one is looking into I have sent screen shots of all documents but nothing will never use living social again , I don't know if we all go to the ombudsman or Martin Lewis maybe they can get hold of them

Received email saying item was delivered today 07/12/20 email at 22.50. Item has not been delivered more read on trust pilot shows this company bellap are fraudsters loads of negative reviews, with loads people saying there is no way of contacting them. Stay away at all costs!! it will be the last time I use wowcher as well if this is sort shady stuff going on.

This company is a scam and needs closing down ordered 2 items for grand kids received 1 item they were of such low quality made in China that I threw them away they did not work and looked like they had been put together by a two ear old Do not buy from them Wocher hang your head in shame.

I ordered 3 writing pads from Bellap through living social and they do not work and I cannot get them to answer as it just bounces back. What a big con. Will never deal with living social again if they are promoting companies like this. They have taken my money and didn't honour deal.... Disgraceful.. Why have Bella got a returns email address if it doesn't send??

Absolute scam they say they will refund you then SPAM your e-mail address so you can't e-mail them again. I wonder why their website has no contact number. Stay CLEAR.......

Glad I used Wowcher for this dreadful piece of flappy plastic. We already had a mobile screen magnifier (from a different manufacturer) and thought a second would be useful - wrong - this is less than useful, but the £8 paid is a relatively low cost for a lesson well learned. I'll be suggesting to Wowcher that they drop this.

I ordered an item through Woucher. Item has not arrived. No word from Wowcher or Bellap. Tried contacting both companbies to no avail. Wowcher wouldnt take responsibility for its promotions nither would Bellap for the money it recieved. Both companies are scams. Please avoid at all cost. They are a shame and a disgrace.
