Superb new multi-bike titanium policy enacted with customer service person; Conner. My new steed a nice bmw 2010 GS TU (technical update) will be ridden with care & quickly swapping out the knobbles tires it current has fitted. Done that lark, not green laning anymore!!

I have used Carol Nash for 20+ years.The renewal came through and their call taker was clearly not a biker and there was confusion about my previously stated mods and their effect on the renewal. EASY FIX...go to BeMoto. A chap named Manny dealt with my quote and spent a huge amount of time as I wanted the details of my mods correctly recorded. BeMoto were a bit more expensive at face value BUT their cover has more, valuable, add-ons. In addition I purchased the policy due to Manny being a biker who gave me the confidence that my custom was valued and he knew exactly what my mods were and took the time to explain how they effected the quote. I am a former Trading Standards officer used to companies being less than transparent but not the case here. Thanks again Manny@BeMoto

Started well by getting to speak to a human being without any waiting. My call was expertly dealt with by Manny, who displayed all the qualities you would hope for but seldom meet with, friendly, helpful, patient, lucid

Isabella was a great ambassador for BeMoto Bike Insurance. She lead me through the questions graciously and answered all my questions with ease. At the end of the process I asked about a multi-bike policy and she happily ran that through the system. Really pleased with the result and I'm most impressed with Isabella who was outstanding.

Manny the customer service advisor I dealt with was efficient, understood exactly what I required and did everything I required with skill. Manny has a pleasant friendly manner and having dealt with him before I knew I could rely on him to deal with my request efficiently.
