If you purchase a batch of Ben’s Boxers they are all crammed into a single resealable zip bag, there is no breakable seal on the bag to confirm the bag has been opened or not. This means that if you have sizing issue NONE of the items can be returned for hygiene reasons.
I normally use a well-known Australian brand of pants and no matter how many pairs you buy they are individually wrapped in compostable sealed bags. This tells you a lot about Ben’s Boxers! Since making my purchase of 5 pairs I have read the reviews on Trustpilot so Ben’s Boxers are fully aware of the problem and yet they persist in distributing batch buys in the same way in the same bag. This is a simple ploy to prevent any returns.
I confirmed with Ben’s Boxers that I have not opened the resealable bag, but they won’t accept it. I can understand why because how is any customer expected to evaluate a product without opening a resealable bag, either measuring against existing underwear. or trying them on in the expectation that they fit. After all, there is always the “Perfect Fit Guarantee 100% Money-Back If You’re Unsure” to rely on. NOT!
Ben’s boxes have offered me a single pair of pants if I pay them the sum of £5.95 to cover postage. I have already paid £69.95 and don’t wish to throw good money after bad.
Like others, I had great expectations of this product if it meant that I didn’t have to continue wearing pads anymore, good for the environment and good for the budget. Instead, Ben’s Boxers have delivered a problem rather than a solution.
I urge anyone who has experienced similar problems to prepare text and post on every platform they see this product advertised on. So far on my list it includes: Facebook, Shop and Men’s Health. I am an advocate for men with issues relating to Prostate Cancer and will share this experience with them.
Ben's Boxers should be rebranded “Ben’s Bo**ocks!”

Thank you very much for your standard politely worded message and apology. While this sounds reasonable and caring, your company’s actions are anything but customer friendly.
Just to clarify, in all my communications I have confirmed that I have NOT OPENED THE PACKAGE but for some inexplicable reason you fail to accept this fact. I am not sure why, except that it would be almost impossible to review a product while it remained in an unopened package. I am sure that a company of your standing would not stoop so low as your catch your customers out in such a deceitful way. Therefore, you will have to accept that indeed it is possible to evaluate a product while it is still in the bag. If you don’t accept this precept than it would been that no customer would ever be able to return any item. I am sure you wouldn’t expect that after the reassuring promotional statements “Perfect Fit Guarantee 100% Money-Back If You’re Unsure” and “No hassle, no awkward questions. So, there’s zero risk”.
There is no explanation as to why you place all the boxers in the SAME RESEALABLE ZIP BAG! There are other, far more reputable companies, such as “Step One” which place each pair in a totally sealed environmentally friendly compostable bag. If one item is faulty or not the correct size then all the remaining unopened items can be returned. This seems a fair and logical system.
In relation to your email requesting for photographs I have checked all your messages and there is no such request. Either this is yet another mistake on your part or a complete and utter lie. I will let the readers decide!
Regarding sizing, it is abundantly clear that most complainants have been caught out because Ben’s Boxers are at least one size smaller than expected. This is the most common reason why customers request to return the items. Ben’s Boxers fail to acknowledge this major problem or resolve it, despite all the negative feedback.
When you mention offering customers the “best possible value”. Any customers who have bought bundles from Ben’s Boxer will pay at least £69.95 for 5 pairs of boxers that they are then unable to use. I am not sure who actually benefits the most from the “best possible value”, the customer or Ben’s Boxers. I will let the readers decide.
After posting my review on both the quality of the product and the level of service from Ben’s Boxers I went on to read the negative reviews from other customers. It seems that there is one thing that Ben’s Boxer’s does appear to excel at and that is disappointing so many customers around Europe including: UK, Netherlands, Sweden and France.

I completely understand how frustrating it must feel when an order does not meet expectations. The reason we are unable to replace the bundle is because it has already been opened and checked for size. Just as in physical stores, once a package of undergarments is opened, it can no longer be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons.
When you first reached out, we asked for photos because our policy requires proof before we can process a return, refund, or exchange. This is clearly stated on our website, and we follow it carefully to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
I also understand your concern regarding sizing. We always encourage customers to review the size chart before placing an order, but I know it’s not always easy to find the perfect fit. Our bundles are offered at reduced prices to give the best possible value, though they do come with stricter return conditions.
I truly appreciate your understanding in this matter, and I’m very sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Vägras återbetalning med inkorrekt grund
Vägras återbetalning. Företaget skriver emails som om de inte känner till indispositiv lagstiftning eller distansavtalslagen. Blandar engelska och svenska utan att skriva under med namn eller titel. Framstår som djupt oseriöst. Får bli kronofogden och sedan civilrättslig process i domstol. Mycket tråkigt.

When they arrived I took only one pair out of the package and tried them on
Unfortunately they didn't fit very well.
I mailed there support told them the problem and I would like to return them.
Get a reply nextday saying they follow UK regulations on underwear!! So they don't accept returns if the package has been opened difficult to try on if you don't.
I understand trying the first pair. The other 4 pairs had not?
They should have individually have sealed each pair so they can't use the contamination excuse!!
Anyway lost my money lesson learned.
It's just bad business
I will always check reviews now.

Didn’t work for me. Embarrassing leak from very slight ‘accident’. Also, quality issues concerning the uncomfortable waistband. This product comes direct from China, which isn’t mentioned in advertising and takes a few weeks to arrive. Be aware that there is no return service offered after you open the packaging. If anyone in uk wishes to try them reach out to me and I’ll send my unused items free of charge apart from postage.

Pallet besteld, helaas niet goed. Retour kan via China, nergens op de website staat dropshipping vermeld. Retour is daarom ook erg duur, terwijl KVK nummer in Nl is.
Vind dit erg slecht.

Beste Ben , ik heb tot twee keer in totaal 9 boxers gekocht in de hoop dat dit de goede zouden zijn, maar helaas. De boxers zijn niet echt bestemd voor alleen urineverlies, dan had alleen de voorkant voorzien moeten zzijn van een lekbestendige ingenaaid materiaal, Nu zit dat ook aan de achterkant en dat maakt de draagbaarheid minder prettig omdat de boxer dan laag op de rug gaat zitten. Als de voorkant alleen met lekbestendig materiaal zou zijn gefabriceerd wordt dit al beter , ik denk dat de maatvoering opnieuw zou moeten worden bekeken, meer voor een mannenlichaam, nu is de vorm meer voor een vrouwenlichaam.
Ten tweede zijn de dikke stiksels, om het vochtopnemend materiaal in te maken, irriterend op de huid en zijn duidelijk voelbaar, dit zou veel anders kunnen en bestaat ook al. Het geheel is natuurlijk een goed idee en zou in principe een goede oplossing zijn voor mannen met urineverlies, en dat zijn er zeer velen. Ik hoop dat U wat aan mijn commentaar heeft , en wacht af op een aangenamer product van Ben,

De Grote Overstap..
Na veel met inleg kruisje te hebben geëxerceerd zag ik Ben op mijn computerscherm voorbij komen. Ik dacht dat ga ik proberen. En wat is het resultaat?
Ben boxers is het geworden. Een prima oplossing en het zit comfortabel. Een aanrader voor al die gene met een druppelende kraan.
