BUYER BEWARE - READ THE FINE PRINT!!!
Ordered a couple of "3+2 free" packs = 10 pairs. Used their size guide to select the size as XXL (38-40") which is the size of my regular underwear.
Received one pack to date. Opened it and found the boxers are too small. Held them against a pair of my regular underpants and they are at least 1.1/2" smaller at the waist.
Reported this and asked for a refund. I was told I could not return them because the pack had been opened and I had used 1 pair. (They weren't worn because they wouldn't pull up to my waist!!!)
Their solution now is - as a gesture of goodwill - I can return 2 pairs and they will refund - but I pay the shipping cost!
I've told them not to bother sending the 2nd pack of 3+2 free but send a refund for the 2nd pack.
I will use the boxers I have received to polish my car.

Ondanks sommige tekortkomingen ben ik blij met mijn Bensboxers. Ze zitten wat laag, en een enkele keer gaat het wel eens fout, maar meestal werken ze prima. Je moet aan het dragen ervan even wennen. Geen gedoe met inleggers is ook wat waard!

Avoid at all costs.Paid 70 pound for 3 pairs and first time i wore them i had leakage coming down my legs and through them.Contacted customer service and took pics and sent them and explained that i had them on only roughly 6 hours and they wernt doing what they were supposed to do and was looking for refund..they came back saying that its only for minor leaks and they hold only 300 mls and i said that i knew that and no way was there more than 300 mls leaked clearly by the pics that i sent
and they came back and said can u show how the amount of liquid was measured when testing the boxers like is that not there job!!and what kind of liquid was it like it is a pair of boxers what other liquid would it be rather than urine!asking questions that were impossible to answer so that they didnt have to pay the refund nothing but 70 pound down drain never again will i use this company!

The size you ordered wasn’t available in our UK warehouse at the time, so it was shipped from my other warehouse, which extended the delivery time. A good idea in principle but the sizing is abysmally wrong. I ordered Medium, I have a 30 inch waist. Medium is allegedly 32-34, I got a product that I can barely squeeze into, more like a 26. Also the waist band has uncomfortable seams either side. Avoid.

Ordered 12 pairs
Ordered 12 pairs, largest size and I’m not that big. Can’t pull them on past my hips so very uncomfortable. Told I can’t return the other twelve pairs for hygiene reasons even though there still in the pack so that’s over £100 wasted that I can ill afford.if like me you like your boxers to fit round your waist , don’t ordered these. How can you call it a sizing chart when there’s only three options available, utter rubbish!

Absolute rubbish and a scam
Absolute rubbish and a scam! They/he (I suspect this is a one man operation importing cheap knock-offs from overseas) will not abide by Trading Standards regarding return/refund in 14 days - in fact, again, I suspect he is trying for a quick profit and run. He clearly is all soft and cuddly with his promises but with a con man’s heart of stone. Note the that there is no address or telephone number or any other way of direct contact - probably scared irate customer will come after him! There is no listing for his ‘company' at Companies House. N.B. Date given for experience is around midway through my fight to get compensation from him - still not succeeded!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Ordered in good faith from Bens Boxers. On receipt tried a pair of boxers and the fit was awful despite ordering my usual size. Kept sliding down at the back. As for incontinence control they are totally useless! The occasional drip possibly OK but anything over the odd drip and it leaks around the edge of the pad.
Please don’t waste your money. Learn from genuine guys who need the confidence of a reliable working product!

Misleading “100% money-back guarantee” – Refund Refused
I purchased from Ben’s Boxers in good faith, relying on their clear promise of a “14-day, 100% money-back guarantee if your order doesn’t fit.” I followed their sizing guide (even ordering two sizes up from my usual), but the product does not fit. The shorts remain unworn and in their original resealable packaging.
When I asked for a refund, I was refused and told only a replacement would be offered at my own cost. This directly contradicts their advertised guarantee and leaves customers with no real protection.
From looking at reviews, I can see that I’m not alone – a large number of customers report the same issues of sizing problems and the company refusing to honour refunds. This suggests a pattern of behaviour rather than an isolated mistake.
Shoppers should be aware that the “money-back guarantee” is not what it appears to be, and the company is not upholding its own policy.

Verloren investering te recuperen
De levering verliep goed, na een paar dagen werd het pakket geleverd. Ik was verbaasd dat alle boxers bij mekaar zaten. Ik had een pakket mediums 5 stuks en XXXL, 6 stuks besteld. Bovendien zaten er in het pakket medium 2 large ipv medium 2 medium. Om de maten te weten te komen kan je niet anders dan de zak open te maken.(foto werd u via mail overgemaaakt). Ik had er op dat moment geen erg in dat de boxers niet individueel verpakt waren. Passen mag ook niet want dan heb je ook geen recht op retourneren, maar ja de verpakking was al geopend. Op de maattabel stond er voor heupomtrek XXXL 110 cm. wel mijn heupomtrek is lager en toch waren ze te klein. Ik heb eerst gevraagd alles te retourneren, maar dat ging niet omdat de verpakking geopend werd. tweede optie was 40 % korting op medium bundel zonder te moeten terugsturen. Nu vraag ik om die korting van 40 % ook te krijgen op de XXXL bundel zelfde principe. Zo niet heb ik 187 EURO 16 verspild op de website van Ben's boxers als ik geen compensatie krijg van Ben. Zo is het gemakkelijk om geld te verdienen op de kap van de mensen. Sorry Ben maar ik voel mij opgelicht door jou.Pure winst in de pocket. Als ik wist dat het van China zou komen had ik nooit besteld.😒

Ter verduidelijking: onze boxers worden verpakt in bundels, wat betekent dat ze niet afzonderlijk verpakt zijn. Dit maakt deel uit van onze inspanningen om verpakkingsafval te verminderen. Ik begrijp echter dat dit verwarring kan hebben veroorzaakt bij het controleren van de maat, en ik waardeer het dat u dit aangeeft.
Wat betreft de maten — ik zie dat u enkele verkeerde artikelen hebt ontvangen, en ik ben het er volledig mee eens dat dit moet worden opgelost. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat ik uw bestelgegevens persoonlijk zal nakijken om te bevestigen wat er fout is gegaan met de maten en om te bekijken welke compensatie mogelijk is.
Wat het retour- en kortingsbeleid betreft: het klopt dat we om hygiënische redenen alleen ongeopende artikelen kunnen accepteren. Aangezien u echter al een korting van 40% hebt ontvangen op de mediumbundel, ben ik bereid uw situatie opnieuw te bekijken om te zien of een vergelijkbare regeling ook kan worden toegepast op de XXXL-bundel.
Mijn bedoeling is nooit dat een klant zich benadeeld voelt. Ik run een kleine onderneming en verzorg de klantenservice zelf, en ik zal mijn best doen om dit op een juiste manier voor u op te lossen.
Kunt u mij alstublieft uw bestelnummer doorgeven, zodat ik de details kan controleren en dit verder kan afhandelen?

The advertising and website made them appear as if made in UK - not true, made in china so long delay in arrival, poor fit and overpriced. Shoddy work. Please don't bother. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered.

Not bad I suppose
Not bad, but far heavier and more bulky than I was expecting, the padded part goes right underneath and up the back. Also a poor fit as it's not possible to pull them up far enough to stop them drooping very quickly. Even when dry they become very swampy-feeling if I'm doing anything at all strenuous.
For light leakage or drippage, which is my experience, you're probably better sticking with the more discreet and less bulky pads in your regular boxers.

"voordelige" aanbieding wordt kostbare miskoop
"voordelige" aanbieding van 4 stuks blijkt super onvoordelig. Hoewel ik de maat besteld heb die ik al jaren heb voor onderbroeken leek de pasvorm nergens naar. Zat beroerd en urine liep gelijk naar de benen. Terugsturen van de exemplaren nog in de hoesjes per stuk, onaangeroerd kon. Geld terug ook niet. Dus bijna € 80 verspild. Kon een nieuwe bestellen, dus één maat kleiner. Weer portokosten € 7, of zoiets. Zat belabberd, rare verhoudingen, niet te dragen. Taille geloof ik wel goed, maar kuip veel te ondiep. Duurste miskoop die ik ooit gedaan heb.

Op onze website vindt u een gedetailleerde maattabel om klanten te helpen bij het kiezen van de juiste maat, al weten we dat de pasvorm soms per model kan verschillen. Om hygiënische redenen kunnen we alleen ongeopende artikelen retourneren, maar ik probeer altijd een eerlijke oplossing te bieden, zoals een omruiling of gedeeltelijke terugbetaling waar mogelijk.
Uw feedback over de pasvorm en verhoudingen is waardevol, en ik zal dit doorgeven aan ons productteam zodat we kunnen blijven verbeteren. Ik behandel alle klantenservice persoonlijk en kijk graag nogmaals naar uw geval om te zien of ik verder iets voor u kan betekenen.

These are more like full incontinence boxers not just leak proof. Pretty much the same as my husbands fully padded cycle shorts. Of course no refund but I do think they should be more transparent about the bulkiness and also they didn't reach over my husbands hips. They are very short in the body.

These boxers don't work!
The boxers don't do what they say they're supposed to do and Ben's boxers do not honor the money back guarantee. They do not take on board any of the comments or suggestions you make they just harp on about their policies. They have no empathy at all. They offer replacement if the boxers don't fit but they will only replace one pair for hygiene reasons. Understandable, but they don't acknowledge the suggestion to package items separately. Basically, the company are scam artists BEWARE! My advice, don't waste your money!
