I have constant support within minutes…

I have constant support within minutes of asking as the team at 'Birdie' are very supportive. This efficiency at resolving issues means I don't lose time in my work day. I write care plans for our company and the structure is super easy to use and gives me a wide scope to write ' person centred' care plans. Nothing is left out. The plenty of options are available so one still has the choice of structuring the care plan as one needs to.

Fantastic

I have worked with many different care agency systems, and this one is the best I have used by far.
The customer service is great as well, using the AI agent first, then putting the customer on an individual if that cannot be worked out.
The scheduling system is good and will be improving over the next few months as well.
Also, there is a great way to keep up to date with your CQC score regulation as well, using Qscore.

Birdie ask money for the data back when…

Birdie ask money for the data back when it is needed. They make it very hard to retieve the data so the care provider's don't leave them .
They asked me to go through abservations for one year, notes by notes , to download the photos uploaded.

To be clear: Birdie does not charge partners to access or export their own data. Data exports are provided as standard, at no cost, as part of our commitment to GDPR compliance and data portability under UK law.

All partner data, including historical care notes and visit logs, is fully accessible and exportable from the platform. We work closely with our partners to help them access their data whenever they need it, particularly for time-sensitive matters such as safeguarding investigations.

Exceptional customer service

I’ve been really impressed with Birdie and the level of support they provide. The platform itself is intuitive, reliable, and clearly designed to make communication and care management easier for both providers and families.

Features such as real-time updates and transparency around care visits are incredibly valuable, especially when supporting vulnerable relatives from a distance.

Our family had been told by the care company looking after my sister that it was not possible for more than one person to access a client’s Birdie account at the same time.

As our sister lives over 300 miles away and requires considerable care, this was very worrying as it would have limited our family’s ability to stay informed about what was happening.

I emailed Birdie after 9pm on a Friday evening expecting to wait until the following week for a response, but I received a detailed and helpful reply from Liam by 10am on Saturday morning.

That level of customer service was genuinely exceptional. They confirmed that multiple family members should be able to access the app for the same client and even offered to assist the care company directly if they were having difficulties setting it up.

The professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s reassuring to know there is a company behind the platform that genuinely cares about making things work properly for both care providers and families. Very impressive service throughout.

JJ was our onboarding contact. We found him to be very informative and professional throughout. He quickly responded to any emails asking for help. If he was busy he would forward it onto another team member who also responded quickly. The support received enable us to have a quick and almost painless transition. Thank you JJ for all your support and hard-work. We would highly recommend Birdie.

Fail to respond despite numerous efforts rd party…

Despite repeated emails and third party requests they NEVER get back to you. Terrible service and hide the lack of a telephone number to call them. Appalling in this day and age

RUBBISH WISH WE NEVER SIGNED UP

VERY USELESS APPLICATION THE WORST THING IS YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE THEY ARE KEEN FIRST DAYS ON REGISTERING YOU GET PHONE CALLS ONCE THEY TAKE THE MONEY ITS ALL NOW ON TEXT YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE WHILST SETTING UP YOU ARE LEFT TO IT UNABLE TO COME OUT OF THE CONTRACT WASTE OF SPACE AND ALSO VERY BASIC GETTING VISITS NOT APPEARING AND WHEN YOU TRY CONTACT THEM YOU GET LATE RESPONSE THEY REALLY DONT CARE NO CUSTOMER SERIVICE ONCE MONEY HAS BEEN PAID

5 out of 5 Stars!

I've scheduled a Demo the day before it was due, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they actually had time for it on such a short notice.
Ben Amos was the conductor of the Demo and I could not thank him enough for all of his dedication, extra time he allocated for our meeting and the way he managed to explain everything. About 2 hours prior to the Demo itself he contacted me to find out if I had specific requirements, he took it all on board and actually took the time to prepare scenarios prior to the scheduled meeting (10/10 for initiative and finding solutions). I was pleasantly surprised with the features that the system provides, it's flexibility in some key areas of unfolding and planning our activity, and the extra perks which would definitely assist my organization to keep up with all the CQC requirements, as well as the support and community which come included with the package.
This is an honest review through which I would recommend their services, and I believe that they will keep getting better and better.

Exceptional service every single time!

We have used 2 other CMS's. Birdie is incomparable. The support services are some of the most helpful people you will ever encounter. The system is CQC centred providing valuable insights into care delivery, task management, payroll, travel, alerts etc. Once you Birdie nothing else compares. Huge kudos to the support services team, you guys are exceptional.

Saves so much time and stress!!!

From start to finish the process of getting set up and the regular check ins have been so easy!!! JJ and the team have been so supportive and encouraging and just helpful throughout. The new system is going to save us so much time!!!

Katie is truly exceptional

Katie is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, often picking up the leftover tasks that others haven’t answered and making sure nothing is ever missed. Her dedication to helping everyone is outstanding — even if you don’t ask, she steps in proactively to make things easier.

For me personally, she sends clear, helpful clips that make it incredibly simple to correct things within a minute. Her support has made my work faster and smoother, and her willingness to go the extra mile shows how committed she is to excellent customer service.

Katie is a real asset to the team, and I’m grateful for everything she does.

JJ was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We worked closely together to ensure Birdie went live on the agreed date. JJ made the entire process seamless — always approachable, responsive, and just a phone call or email away whenever support was needed.

We all got very lost in the start up…

We all got very lost in the start up process and was looking at creating a whole new hub as everything we did wasnt right. I vented my frustatrations to an agent on the chat who got me in touch with an onboarding manager Megan. Megan has been a lifesaver, has weekly zoom meetings with me where we access the system together and she has basically step by step helped us set up the whole system. We are now live and it has been smooth sailing the whole time. Megan has been the best at communicating, showing, explaining and repeating herself until we understood, and we couldnt of got this far without her.

Fantastic customer support

Fantastic customer support from all members of the Birdie team, an easy transition from paper based to digital, Birdie is a complete game changer for my branch and has helped us to become so much more responsive to our customers needs and in helping us to support our care team to deliver the most outstanding care. For anyone worrying about moving over just call and speak with the team, they will put your minds at rest and support you every step of the way.

Pay run difficultiesThe problem I needed assistance with…

The problem I needed assistance with rumbled on for a couple of days, other priorities got in the way.
Esme left the chat open so I could continue with her when I was able to. Esme was very patient, especially because at times I just wasn't getting it. This was not because she wasn't explaining it correctly, but because I wasn't reading her instructions correctly. Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't of completed this task without her.
