The problem I needed assistance with rumbled on for a couple of days, other priorities got in the way.
Esme left the chat open so I could continue with her when I was able to. Esme was very patient, especially because at times I just wasn't getting it. This was not because she wasn't explaining it correctly, but because I wasn't reading her instructions correctly. Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't of completed this task without her.

I follow this app as I have careers in for my mum all i can do is read what the carers have done I can not find out who's coming to visit her and I can't leave any comments for the carers if I need to

Birdie team reguarly communicate and update staff.
Will answer any queries.

We moved over to Birdie last year and have found that it is so much more easy to use and self explanatory. We did have a few teething issues at the start but Birdie were very open to having discussions to share ideas and organised video calls to show us key features that we had missed. Our previous system wasn't enough to be fully compliant so we had to double up work but with Birdie, the system has everything you need to be fully compliant and we can use Birdie to complete everything needed for client care plans and staff personnel files. For the first time, we have been able to allow family members to view client files, visits, etc which has been amazing for families to see the amazing care that is being delivered, which also brings more reassurance for them. If we do come across any issues, we are able to activate the Birdie bot who can give direction but if we do then need to speak to somebody, it also gives that option and the team are quick to respond. The Birdie team are always very friendly and happy to help with any queries, they will always be thorough and quick to resolve the situation at hand.
Since adopting Birdie, our entire approach to care has been transformed. The platform has revolutionised the way we work making every aspect of our service more efficient, transparent, and person-centred.

I'm really fed up with this company. Despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe via direct email and online, emails continue to come. I've not worked for the care company that used Flock|Birdie for over a year now...yes, that's how long I have been trying.

lot needs improve clear instructions on a long visit with lot needs x2 care staff you have to stop log when other care staff return just needs one who do full call to log and in-between separate there log medications need a alert some how if missed

I agree it's working great for the carers . However for managers imputing runs I find it stressful. It doesn't add up the carers hours for the week my old system did this . You can't just drag a run into another run you have to unassign the run and shift it's time consuming and stressful.

The App its self is easy to do for the employer, but the Birdie system once the rota is in the system it works out the mileage which doesn't allow for road closes, and sometimes not to used the direct rota because of school traffic etc. Than there is the issue of travel time, this is such a joke, Birdie reckon you can get from one customer to the next in a ridiculous amount of time, doesn't allow for getting from client home to car, doesn't allow for traffic, doesn't allow for parking, doesn't allow for getting the key code, some times if new client you get lost, so we get paid for unreal travel time, and not for wait time, if your a carer your rushing about, in my day I haven't got time to wait, this needed to be address because this is why Working in carer is not for the carer basically the app is computerised, carers aren't robots, can't fly from one client to the next and the app is making carer very devalue no one carer leave because not get the right amount for time.

Birdie care app is not as good as advertised. The system has more technical errors than solutions. The whole of October have been having issues till now. This was not the case last Year. I find it very frustrating since they introduced AI assistant it seems we have more problems than before. When trying to work and you have to spend close to half a day trying to solve issues.

AMAZING APPLICATION!
Birdie is such a great application to use, it makes the work load a lot easier to handle for the team and I. The customer service has been absolutely exceptional, if you have an issue, you can contact Birdie supported in minutes and they'll get back to you just a quick. Olivia, our customer success manager, has been amazing in helping us understand Birdie at a deeper level and has played a key role in raising our Q score. All in all, Birdie is the complete package and I would recommend switching over to this from whatever you are using currently!

Really annoyed right now as this business of not being able to speak to someone for support is frustrating me. I have been having issues since onboarding and when I try to speak to someone for support, all I have are chats and screenshots which doesn’t help. If I was able to navigate by myself to resolve my issues, I wouldn’t bother reaching out. I would just use the guides. Not enjoying the monies worth. A lot of wasted time that’s unpaid. Very frustrating!

Love the set up but can't understand why we have to record tasks twice. It just adds more time on visits and also. Clients think we're on our phone texting instead of spending valuable time conversing with them.

Birdie is a good app generally. I've had no major problems using it. It can be a little annoying sometimes as the tasks can double book and repeat what you've already covered.
