A sound, solid bed
A strong, sturdy bed that is built to last was delivered. The design of the headboard is very aesthetic and co-odinates with most decor. Very satisfied with the product and service.

Bad quality furniture
Quality of the furniture needs to be markedly improved as it’s not so cheap, gaping hole in between the doors on the sideboard, instructions practically useless as informed by my partner who is a builder!

The sideboard is a lovely shape but the rattan is out of place
The sideboard is a lovely shape, rounded round the edges. However the rattan wasn’t level or straight it was like it had been slapped on. As it took hours to put together and the supplier offered to send it back. I asked for a big discount. They couldn’t meet where I wanted but I kept it anyway the rattan is driving me crazy. I’m going to have to buy something else unfortunately.

Communication was great, from the company emailing as soon as the item had been bought, through to the delivery day. An hours slot given & constant updates, with a map plotting the drivers progress.
Our driver, Noah was friendly & helpful.

non existent customer service
Order arrived a day late, when opened no instructions inside. I contacted the Range as i purchased from their website. I was told i have to wait 72 hours for a response from Birlea, Over 72 hours passed no response, got in touch with the Range again, We will ask Birlea again please wait up to 72 hours for a response. 1 week after delivery, product still in box. Probably wont get a response from this! Obviously 0 customer service

Having looked into this, we can confirm that we only received communication from The Range regarding your query on 08/06. As your order was placed through the retailer, all communication is routed through them, and we respond directly to the information provided to us.
We apologise for any delays you experienced in receiving an update and appreciate that this meant you were unable to assemble your product as quickly as expected. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
We will forward the instructions over directly to you so you are able to complete assembly.
