Prompt delivery. We got a new door fitted and the contractor fitted the lock very quickly. He said it was straight forward.
Once you scan the QR code, the connection to your phone is easy, as is the loading of the fingerprints for access to the house.
Very pleased with everything about the product.

I had a number of conversations with Ava prior to the purchase of my smart lock, and in every instance she came back promptly with exactly the information I required. I experienced a number of problems with regard to the DHL delivery, they were 3 days late, and even then it was delivered to the wrong house. The lock is very good quality, heavily constructed and apparently worth the money. The fitting instructions are concise and easy to follow, and the installation took me just over an hour. It has now been in situ for 4 days, and apart from it not particularly liking a wet thumb, (takes 2 or 3 attempts to recognise the finger print) it is working beautifully.

So far, so good! Love the design and how this door works. Plenty of options to get inside the house and perfect for my dad who has dementia and kept losing his key. He has the key card but love that I can open it remotely wherever I am if needed. Been installed for 2 weeks and battery still at 100% so that’s great. Really pleased with the functions so far! Was delivered really quickly too!

Fairly easy to install. Replacing a Yale smart lock and much prefer Blusafe hardware, easier to use, less glitchy and fingerprint opening is a game changer - so much faster and easier to use. Locking is simple, no complex geared mechanism to wait for (which wasn't 100%).

I have bought three door handles from this company two have worked and one didn't. I reported this to Blusafe and they got back to me the day after I reported the failure with a list of procedures to try to repair it, I sent the required videos and pictures off to prove that this did not repair the doorhandle and was then ignored. They have not got back to me over the two months of trying and I would not recommend them. The product is not worth the risk of buying from them.

I purchased a blusafe origin smart lock that has finger print, code and keycard and key access. Ordered from their website received it 2 days later. Fitting it wasn't too bad even with my limited skills the videos were there to guide me. Pretty happy so far but only just installed let's see how it lasts. Only feedback to blusafe would be to get on Amazon it's just easier !

The lock has been faultless since I installed it over a year ago. A spring failed in the internal handle, I sent pictures to them but initially didn't receive a response due a mismatch of email addresses on a link on their website. I pointed this out and hopefully they have been able to resolve.

The issue was dealt with very promptly and a brand new unit was shipped out on next day delivery.

Great customer service, can't fault it.

Product came on time and was easy to intall. Only been using it for two days, so time will tell if other peoples negative reviews are correct - however very happy with product so far

We have bought 3 locks from this company. Two have been ok but the third has failed. Eventually and I mean eventually they answered my mail and replaced the lock with another model.... which didnt work from the get go.
I've sent numerous mails again and tried to call the various numbers that are circulated on the web, all to no avail. I've left messages on their facebook page but again no response. I'd never use them again as they are a complete customer service failure.

I bought and fitted the Blusafe Apollo. This was a replacement I had previously bought from another supplier. The Apollo is of far better quality. So far very happy with it.

Went through all the compatibility stages and watched the video for the Origin Lock as no instructions came with the product. Once reassured, I opened the box to fit and they had completely changed the installation so the product doesn't fit. No response from emails about returns and answering machine each time I cal l. REALLY BAD. Wished I had seen these comment here first. Learned a lesson. Will have to buy a new front door if I cant get a refund/ replacement. A very expensive project for a single female pensioner!

After buying the smart lock I found it was incompatible with my building regulations after several emails blusafe accepted the return, product was sent 4 months ago but no refund has been made. despite sending following up emails several times I still haven’t received any response

After an easy install with the Blusafe Breeze I have been completely unable to get the door handle to accept any admin fingerprints.

I have watched and read multiple guides, including the official ones from Blusafe.

The live chat link on their site does not work. Their phone number points to a second, maybe affiliated company, and is not answered and they do not respond to emails or their contact form.

Prior to buying I sent a video of the door the new lock would be fitted to. Blusafe confirmed that their lock was compatible so I purchased it. I have 3 separate locksmiths out when I have told me the lock will not fit and will potentially damage the door. I have lodged a return request to them and sent 8 separate email chasers. No reply to date. It would be appreciated if someone could have the decency to reply to me before I start legal action. Thank you.

Purchased this smart lock after have major issues with a Yale lock and customer support was awful. I am so impressed with the new lock, fitting was so easy, setup easy and this offers so many more options over my previous Yale lock. Highly recommend this lock after having other brands before.
